CSI: Miami: The Oath

CSI has been called in to investigate the death of a highway patrol officer, who was murdered shortly after pulling over a car. However, when IAB gets involved, Horatio becomes suspicious; his suspicions become further inflated when he learns that IAB Sergeant Rick Stetler is dating Yelina.

Episode Goofs

Horatio says, "A .22 (caliber gun) is registered to Gary Nielson's wife." Florida law neither requires nor provides a method to register handguns. Florida does issue a "Concealed Weapon or Firearm License" which legally permits the licensee to carry a handgun concealed, but application for the license does not require divulging any information about the gun.
