The city of Miami has just 10 hours to evacuate as a Tsunami is headed towards them. Among the havoc, a pair of residents are found dead in the parking lot of a bank. Evidence leads to a plot to rob the bank while the chaos ensues. A body which washes up from a cemetery may lead a new cause of death than originally reported.
