An apparent carjacking leaves a woman dead, and her husband, the eldest brother of a well-to-do family business as the prime suspect. But the evidence points towards the victim's gambling addiction which could have bankrupted the company and maybe even lead to the killer. Meanwhile, there is evidence that Alexx's choice to carry away bodies may be stealing from the dead.

| When Calleigh was making an investigation for Alexx about a missing flask, one of the M.E.'s assistant found it in the gym and gave it to Calleigh when they were in front of the receptionist's desk. Calleigh asked for a small box but the receptionist gave her an envelope instead. When Calleigh was transporting the flask, she didnt use the envelope but she just used her hand.
