Horatio investigates a gang related shooting at the emergency room of a hospital. Evidence points to a hospital orderly as a witness to the shooting of one of his friends. Yet it is later found that the crime may have been related to a cheating girlfriend and not a gang bang after all. Meanwhile, Ryan checks the story of a mother in the emergency room regarding her daughter, which makes no sense.

| When Calleigh was talking to Alex in the morgue, Alex asked her a question. Calleigh replied "Togo's still holding down the fort". Togo is the actor's name. She should have said Ryan or Wolfe. | Throughout the episode, many of the characters constantly switch between calling the gang leader 'Primero' and 'Premiro'! |
