When an IRS investigator is murdered after he tries to retrieve a taxpayer’s yacht for taxes that are owed, the CSI’s find that a second IRS investigator is found shot as well. Upon investigating the two murders, Horatio finds that everyone dislikes the IRS on the day before tax day.
