During evidence collection, the CSIs enter the world of "sideshows," where kids gather in tricked-out cars, mostly stolen, performing dangerous stunts. However, when Horatio discovers that the victim's car's hydraulics where tampered with, he detects that the accident may be been staged as a diversion to a more serious, yet lucrative, crime.
Natalia: Last thing that this department needs is more scrutiny.
Wolfe: Scrutiny like your, uhh, covert investigation of our lab?
Natalia: You know, Ryan, when I started here, I really did start with the best intentions and when it all came crumbling down, I lost almost every friend I had so I would really hate to see somebody else make that same mistake.
Dan Cooper: (on the decapitation video) Geez, uhh, I really wish I could unsee that.
Frank: This vehicle's stolen, smartass!
Teenage Driver #2: No way.
Frank: Well, the VIN number says way. Alright? Take Tweedledee and Tweedledum, here, for a ride.
Ryan: Well, if this was a stunt going wrong, then, how come everybody took off?
Horatio: Because this was no accident.
