Episode Summary

After Horatio testifies against Sonya Moreta, one of the terrorists behind the attempted nuclear power plant detonation in episode 509, the people Sonya was working with makes an assassination attempt on her life. However, they miss her and shoot the judge instead and because Sonya is in danger, Horatio tries to make her turn herself in, so that he can put her in police protection.
