Episode Goofs
When Frank spots the dead woman in the grass, he violates a federal police law. When finding a body, no matter where and no matter what time, you are always supposed to check the victim's pulse for any vital signs, and yell out that you've discovered a body so that every cop and medical person on the scene is aware of the situation.
