After a grenade blows up in a Miami restaurant, the team focuses their investigation on a family that was celebrating the father’s birthday. Horatio and Natalia also talk to the waiter that was serving the family and apparently her children had been taken by child services and she is forced not to tell the police anything. Meanwhile, one of the family members’ bodies is in the morgue for an autopsy, but when another grenade falls out of the pocket and explodes, not only are the lives of Ryan, Tara and Kyle in danger, but Ryan also finds out about Tara and her drug problem.

While Horatio is showing Tonya some photos of different suspects, we can for a short moment see the label of the document folder. Even though it's not very easy to spot at first, the label text clearly says "Maimi- Dade Police Department". "Maimi" is spelled wrong and the line (-) shouldn't have a space before "Dade". Since it's supposed to be an official folder in the MDPD, it's a big goof to spell this wrong. The label text should say "Miami-Dade Police Department".
