1 :01x01 - Blink

The team finds three young women, all of who appear to have been brutalized in the same way. The only witness they have is the surviving young woman, who can communicate only through blinking. Photographs found at one of the crime scenes lead the team to a couple that had sponsored one of the victims, and the boyfriend who claims he hasn't spoken to her in weeks.

2 :01x02 - Creatures of the Night

Junkie Jordy Thompkins was shot dead in an alleyway, but the bullet that killed him is missing. Taylor and Hawkes soon realize that a rat may have eaten the bullet, and finding the rat leads them to a robbery that occurred earlier that day. After Robin Prescott is found raped and beaten in Central Park with only a peony leaf on her clothing, Stella and Flack have the daunting task of trying to find the man who raped her, but Prescott has no memory of the crime.

3 :01x03 - American Dreamers

After a skeleton is found on a tour bus and turns out to be over a decade old, Mac and the team use the backpack they have found to track the belongs to a young man named Aaron Moreland, only to learn that the body they have cannot possible belong to him. By tracing the victim's shirt, detectives are led to a youth center worker who claims not to remember the boy, but is hiding an old secret of his own.

4 :01x04 - Grand Master

On the very night that he wins a D.J. competition, DJ Banner is found dead in an alleyway outside the club where the contest is being run, prompting Mac and Flack to investigate not only the club but also Banner's primary competition, who was jealous that his girlfriend's voice was part of Banner's act. Stella and Danny investigate the death of fashion designer Deborah Gayle, found face-down in the pool at her apartment by her assistant, who isn't concerned by her boss's demise. An autopsy reveals that the cause of death was poisoning by tetrodotoxin, a poison found in blowfish, which leads Stella and Danny to Fuqua Sushi.

5 :01x05 - A Man a Mile

Stella and Aiden investigate after finding the body of a teenage girl in a creek so soon realize that she was a middle-class girl attending a fancy school who was trying to make it seem like her family had more money than they did, and trace her movements to a nightclub. Mac and Danny investigate when a body is found in the tunnels without any protective gear on, and end up running into a brick wall when the Sandhogs union blocks many of their attempts to get information about the victim.

6 :01x06 - Outside Man

Terrell Davenport and Octavia Figueroa are the only survivors of a brutal slaying and robbery at a fast food restaurant that leaves Danny and Aiden scratching their heads when they can't find a suspect until they take a closer look into the life of one of the survivors. Mac and Stella investigate the death of a man who recently had his leg amputated, only to learn that there was no medical reason whatsoever why the limb had to be removed.

7 :01x07 - Rain

When the charred bodies of two men who had been robbing a Chinatown bank are found, the entire team investigates the crime, which leads them to Doris, the missing infant of the bank's manager. The team realizes that Joanna Cho assisted with the robbery out of fear for her daughter's life. Mac and Stella finally manage to track down the third robber, only to find him lying in a pool of blood, with a trail of bloody baby handprints leading away from the body.

8 :01x08 - Three Generations are Enough

Danny and Mac investigate after a briefcase belonging to Luke Sutton is found left in the NYMEX with a bloody note inside. Their investigation into Sutton's activities leads them to Nick Lawson, whom Sutton had been investigating for illegal trades, but who swears he had nothing to do with his disappearance. Stella and Flack investigate the death of Trina Rolston, a young pregnant woman who fell to her death from the roof of a church. With Hawkes help, Stella realizes that the body was thrown off the roof to mask the true cause of death. The detectives soon realize that their two cases are connected.

9 :01x09 - Officer Blue

After mounted officer Valasquez is shot down in the park, Mac goes looking for the bullet that killed the officer only to learn that it is lodged in the horse's spine and cannot be removed without being fatal to the horse. The investigation leads them to a local street vendor, but stalls when the D.A. asks Mac not to do anything to risk the horse until after the woman who donated it has a chance to say goodbye. Aiden investigates the body of a young man, Lenny Starks, who was found face-down, dead in the street. Aiden traces the young man to a local pizza parlor where she faces intimidation from the bookies who use it as a gambling front.

10 :01x10 - Night, Mother

A game of one-on-one is interrupted by the discovery of a woman covered in blood leaning over the body of another woman who has had a stake driven through her heart. Mac soon realizes the woman was sleepwalking and tried to save the victim's life, but the case stalls because she is the closest thing they have to a witness, and she has no memory of the event. Danny and Aiden investigate the brutal murder of a pickpocket whose identity they track down using information on an experimental medical trial. Money found in the victim's underwear leads the two to another pickpocket, but there is no obvious motive for Lenny Cook's death.

11 :01x11 - Tri-Borough

Mac and Stella investigate the electrocution death of a man found in a subway tunnel. Danny investigates the murder of a gallery owner whose death is connected to the mob. Aiden and Flack investigate the death of a construction worker.

12 :01x12 - Recycling

Mac, Aiden and Flack investigate when Elaine Curtis is found dead at a dog competition, a knitting needle sticking out of her chest, and no shortage of suspects ranging from judges to trainers to contestants. Stella and Danny investigate the death of bicycle messenger Michael Starling, but the crime scene may have been anywhere along his route.

13 :01x13 - Tanglewood

Mac and Stella investigate the death of Paul Montenassi, a young man left to bleed to death in the snow. The investigation leads them to another victim, Mihok Lev, who had been killed by Montenassi in a robbery earlier that evening. When Hawkes concludes his autopsy on Montenassi, he is able to reveal a sanded-off tattoo that leads the detectives to the Tanglewood Boys. Danny and Aiden investigate the hit-and-run that caused the death of Marta Santo. After discovering sperm on the woman's clothing, Danny and Aiden learn that Santo liked things rough, and their investigation leads them to an erotic massage parlor.

14 :01x14 - Blood, Sweat & Tears

The body of a young trapeze artist is found folded into a box on Coney Island, leading Mac and Stella to the circus where they find themselves embroiled in a real-life Romeo and Juliet story between the dead contortionist, Lukas, and a trapeze artist, Anasuya. Danny and Flack find a woman's body in a laundry chute and learn that she was actually the former sorority sister of the woman who lived in that building, and turn their suspicion to the abusive husband the woman was hiding from.

15 :01x15 - 'Til Death Do We Part

The team's investigation into the death of Hannah Bloom, who died at her own wedding, is put on hold when her father refuses to allow them to perform an autopsy until after his daughter's body is blessed by a rabbi. Danny and Mac turn their attention to the woman who trained the doves who were supposed to be released, but cannot tie her directly to Bloom, who died from formaldehyde poisoning. Stella, Flack and Aiden investigate when a hand is found deep underground, and soon realize that the dead man, Rick Amadori, chewed off his own hand. It seems like a slam dunk when the son of a man Amadori killed three years earlier confesses to the crime, but things aren't as easy as they seem.

16 :01x16 - Hush

Mac and Stella investigate when they find the body of Paddy Dolan, a longshoreman. Part of the body is found on a transport truck and another part back at the warehouses, but Mac encounters difficulty with the investigation when the workers put up a wall of silence against them. Aidan and Danny investigate the death of Debbie Bogda, who was found naked on the expressway, and their investigation leads them into a world of sexual games and bondage once they realize she was actually harnessed to the front of a truck.

17 :01x17 - The Fall

When young gang members murder the owner of an upscale Bronx wine store, the CSI’s must work to find evidence that ultimately ties someone to the crime. Before dying, the storeowner makes a statement to police identifying his attackers as young gang members. Tempers flare when the murder investigation reunites Detective Flack with his long-time mentor and friend Sergeant Gavin Moran, who was the first to arrive at the crime scene. Meanwhile, Danny and Aiden investigate the death of an influential movie producer found dead on the canopy of his Chelsea apartment building.

18 :01x18 - The Dove Commission

When the chief investigator of a controversial report documenting corruption within the NYPD is gunned down the day before his findings are published, Mac and Stella must find the killer, launching a massive search that makes every officer listed in the report a suspect. Meanwhile, Danny and Aiden investigate the murder of a gypsy cab driver.

19 :01x19 - Crime and Misdemeanor

When the body of a young woman is discovered at a laundry facility, the bed sheets she is wrapped in lead Mac and Stella back to an upscale New York hotel that houses diplomats from around the world when the United Nations is in special session. Meanwhile, Danny and Aiden investigate the death of a homeless man found dressed as a human statue. By all accounts, the prank is deemed a misdemeanor, but Danny decides to delve further and his refusal to stop the investigation puts him at odds with Mac.

20 :01x20 - Supply and Demand

When a college student is beaten, shot to death and his apartment ransacked in what appears to be a drug-related hit, the team must track down his killers. After examining the evidence in the murdered student's apartment, the team finds traces of pure, unprocessed heroin and discovers that the victim had a female roommate who is now missing. Meanwhile, Stella's aggressive interrogation tactics with a witness threaten her police badge.

21 :01x21 - On the Job

A routine investigation at a crime scene turns sour when Danny is attacked by a criminal hiding in the victim's house. He gives chase to the subway, where shots are fired - during which the offender vanishes and a police officer is killed, leaving Danny as prime suspect. Stella investigates the body of a nanny found in a Central Park public lavatory.

22 :01x22 - The Closer

Danny puts his baseball skills to the test as he pieces together the evidence in the case of an avid Boston Red Sox fan found dead after his team lose to New York.

23 :01x23 - What You See is What You See

Mac gets caught in the middle of a shooting at a cafe while having breakfast, and finds himself torn over whether to pursue the gunman or help a waitress injured in the attack - but as the team gives chase, the detective has more private decisions to make.

24 :02x01 - Summer in the City

The CSI's offices have relocated to a Manhattan high rise which includes new labs, a staff break room and new office equipment with state-of-the-art technology. Also, after expressing his interest in moving out of the coroner's office, Dr. Hawkes joins the team in the field and his first case has him working with Mac on the death of a skyscraper climber. Although hundreds of witnesses were on hand to see the climber fall, the team suspects foul play and believes someone may have caused his death. Meanwhile, Stella and Danny investigate the murder of a New York fashion designer killed while wearing an eight million dollar diamond bar from his own collection.

25 :02x02 - Grand Murder at Central Station

While investigating the murder of a plastic surgeon, Mac and Hawkes discover that suspects abound since the doctor had pending lawsuits with patients who sued him for millions. Meanwhile, Stella and Danny delve into the world of cuddle parties while tracking the killer of a blind woman found on a Manhattan rooftop. Stella enlists the help of a sculptor to aid her with a facial reconstruction project that will help nab the suspect. Also, Aiden grows frustrated when she's unable to find evidence to finally send a repeat rapist to jail. And, the CSIs lose a member of the team.

26 :02x03 - Zoo York

When a man is torn to pieces by a tiger at the New York animal conservatory, Mac, Lindsay and Danny must discover who was responsible for getting him there.

While investigating a vicious tiger mauling at a New York zoo, the CSIs question the workers at the meatpacking plant the victim owned. Meanwhile, Stella and Dr. Hawkes must solve the murder of a debutante found dead on a Central Park carousel. Also, a new CSI (Anna Belknap) joins the team.

27 :02x04 - Corporate Warriors

When a man collapses and dies in the middle of the annual San Gennaro festival in Little Italy, the team must investigate how the victim ended up with a wood sliver in his heart.

The San Gennaro festival draws over one million revelers annually, making the site a tough crime scene to process. When Stella and Danny are called to investigate a murder at this site, the clues lead them to a pool hall destroyed in a brawl. Meanwhile, Mac and Lindsay investigate the murder of a CFO found decapitated on a bench in Central Park. The investigation leads them to a financial office where the executives practice martial arts competitively. Also, Dr. Hawkes and Det. Flack investigate a suspicious apartment fire that kills a 10-year-old chess champion.

29 :02x05 - Dancing with the Fishes

Mac, Stella and Det. Flack investigate the death of a young dancer who seems to fall from the sky and crashes into a car near the Queensboro Bridge.

The team learns that the young dancer was enrolled in a famous dance school and her fellow competitors seem the most likely suspects. Meanwhile, when a local fish merchant's body is found, Danny and Dr. Hawkes trace him back to the recently relocated Fulton Fish Market where they discover that he was impaled by a swordfish. Their investigation leads them to a high-priced Manhattan private school where parents will pay any price to get their children enrolled. Also, Lindsay examines the death of a Roosevelt Island Tram driver found dead on board by early morning commuters. Scenes from this episode with series stars Gary Sinise, Melina Kanakaredes and Eddie Cahill were filmed on location in New York City's Herald Square.

29 :02x06 - YoungBlood

After a wealthy middle-aged man is murdered in the elevator of his Park Avenue apartment building, the team must track the only witness to the crime who fled the scene.

After a wealthy man is shot at close range in an elevator just outside of his penthouse apartment, Mac and Det. Flack realize that a companion may have witnessed the murder. Their investigation leads Danny and Lindsay into the world of underage high school girls who disguise their age and revel in the Manhattan social scene in order to meet wealthy men. Meanwhile, Stella and Dr. Hawkes investigate the death of a seemingly well-off young man found in a Central Park lake who seems to have two identities.

30 :02x07 - Manhattan Manhunt

A crossover episode that began on "CSI Miami" concludes with escaped serial killer Henry Darius murdering a group of teens in a luxury apartment where he tries to steal millions of dollars from a high-tech security vault. While working the case in Manhattan, Horatio is served with a subpoena that names him as a suspect in an unsolved murder more than 20 years ago in Queens.

31 :02x08 - Bad Beat

After a player is caught cheating and is kicked out of a high stakes poker game, the results are deadly when the host is murdered with a shotgun.

A friendly poker game turns deadly when the players realize one of their own is cheating, beat him mercilessly and kick him out of their apartment. When a knock on the door is followed by a shotgun blast that kills the host, Mac and Stella follow their only lead, the ejected player. Meanwhile, Danny and Dr. Hawkes investigate the murder of a local news station's weather girl and their search uncovers a tape she was desperately trying to hide.

32 :02x09 - City of the Dolls

Then the owner of a doll hospital is found murdered and a doll's arm proves to be the murder weapon, the CSIs struggle to find clues in their creepiest crime scene yet.

When the body of a man is discovered buried among a pile of detached doll parts, Mac, Lindsay, Det. Maka (Hu) and Danny are called to one of their most bizarre crime scenes yet. The team must piece together the clues and doll parts to discover who murdered the store's owner. Meanwhile, a beautiful waitress is found dead in a studio apartment recently bestowed to her by one of her patrons.

33 :02x10 - Jamalot

After a pile-up during a heated match between two of New York's all-female roller derby teams turns deadly, Mac, Stella and Lindsay investigate the skater's death, whose beauty and multiple endorsements may have caused her murder.

When a game between rival teams, the Manhattan Minx and Brooklyn Clobbers, ends in the murder of the premier skater in the league, the CSIs must discover if her murder was an act of jealousy from one of her teammates or if she was killed by an opposing skater because of her competitive edge. Meanwhile, Danny and Sheldon investigate the death of a gifted writer who is found with the final chapter of his latest novel written on his entire body, leading them to believe that their suspect likely suffers from hypergraphia.

Mia Sara ("Ferris Bueller's Day Off") guest stars as Cala Winger, victim Griffin Holden's book editor, who reports him missing and seems more concerned with the missing chapter from his manuscript than with his death.

34 :02x11 - Trapped

A stripper is found dead in an alley on a klieg light that projects her silhouette onto the Chrysler Building. The investigation reveals that earlier the victim was lube wrestling with an overly aggressive customer who was thrown out of the club where she worked. Across town, a reclusive billionaire is discovered murdered in his bedroom with his throat slit. Danny then becomes trapped in a panic room inside the victim's mansion.

35 :02x12 - Wasted

Mac, Danny and Dr. Hawkes are puzzled by the death of a runway model and their case becomes even more complex when a second model is found dead in a cargo area staged outside of the fashion show.

Meanwhile, a terminally ill patient walks into the precinct and confesses to the murder of his doctor. Stella, Det. Flack and Lindsay question the suspect's confession when they realize the doctor was moonlighting as an alternative healer.

36 :02x13 - Risk

A 19-year-old college student is found dead on the tracks of the subway after apparently riding on top on the train. A shark's tooth is found embedded into his hand and four tropical fish are discovered in his stomach. The evidence points to murder, not an accident.

Meanwhile, Stella probes the murder of a commodity trader found dangling by a cord out of his office's 40th-floor window. The investigation reveals that the man was killed before he was tossed outside.

37 :02x14 - Stuck on You

Mac, Det. Flack and Dr. Hawkes investigate the death of a model and an injured 20-something billionaire who were both speared by an arrow while hooking up at his party. Stella, who was attending the event as a guest, joins the investigation as the team works to discover who was the intended target--the playboy who is notorious for his conquests, or the model he had just met.

Meanwhile, Danny and Lindsay question a multitude of suspects when a music promoter is found dead, coated with glue and covered in the billboard posters of the band he was trying to break out.

38 :02x15 - Fare Game

Mac, Stella and Det. Flack uncover the latest fantasy game sweeping New Yorkers of every class and status -- an assassination game called "water gun wars," where each player receives a pack of photos from an unknown source, and then must track and shoot their targets with a water gun or balloon before another player kills them first.

Meanwhile, when a woman is found dead in her Manhattan apartment, Danny, Sheldon and Det. Maka trace her steps to an exotic cuisine event where the main course includes live centipedes, Brazilian cockroaches, live octopus and fried tarantulas, among other delicacies.

39 :02x16 - Cool Hunter

When blood begins pouring from the faucets of a building, Mac, Det. Flack and Lindsay investigate and find a female doorman dead in the building's water tank.

After learning that the building in which their victim was found had six suspicious deaths over a 10 year period, Lindsay begins to question the science and wonders if the building is cursed. Mounting evidence seems to point to only one suspect, a doctor who swears he had no interaction with the victim, even though their lives seem intertwined.

Meanwhile, when a trend spotter is killed in Washington Heights after photographing a stylish teen, Stella, Sheldon and Danny question the marketing executive whose business was affected most by the victim's foray into the neighborhood.

40 :02x17 - Necrophilia Americana

Mac, Stella, Sheldon and Lindsay investigate the death of a museum curator murdered in the wing her wealthy family donated and the crime's only witness refuses to talk.

Mac becomes particularly protective of the only witness in his murder investigation, a young boy found in shock at the exhibit, which after seeing the grizzly crime confuses the events at the museum with a comic book he was reading at the time. The team works to discover if the motive was money, given the curator's wealth, or if the witness has something to do with it when the CSIs find he has ties to the victim.

Meanwhile, Danny and Det. Flack are called to a construction site where a man is found dead with a mouth full of foam sealant, which leads them to an extreme golf association with members who play in the streets of the city's five boroughs.

41 :02x18 - Live or Let Die

When a helicopter containing a liver from an organ donor is hijacked from the roof of a Manhattan hospital, and a medical intern is killed in the process, the CSIs must find the perpetrators and the liver before the transplant patient dies.

Mac, Sheldon, Danny and Det. Flack's only witness is an unconscious helicopter pilot, but their initial clues lead the CSIs to suspect that the helicopter hijacking may have been an inside job. Meanwhile, the rape and murder of a restaurant hostess found in an alley shocks Stella and Lindsay when they discover that she anonymously engaged in phone sex with her patrons, leaving a suspect list a mile long.

42 :02x19 - Super Men

The murder of a would-be super hero leads the team to uncover the illegal sale of prescription drugs to junkies and they suspect the victim's killer is behind it all. Meanwhile, when a college football superstar is killed in his hotel room shortly after being chosen as a first draft pick for the league, Danny and Lindsay question a long list of suspects who came into contact with him after his sudden fame.

43 :02x20 - Run Silent, Run Deep

An anonymous caller reveals to Mac that a young man is buried at a football stadium and, after uncovering the body, the evidence leads the CSIs once again to the Tanglewood gang.

After being unable to jail the leader of the Tanglewood Boys a year before, Mac makes it his mission to succeed this time, but he's shocked when the evidence puts Danny at the crime scene instead. Meanwhile, when a banker is found dead in a hotel room, the team questions the man who runs a high-priced escort service claiming to offer their clientele the ultimate date experience at a very steep cost. Also, as Stella and Frankie's relationship progresses, she is surprised to receive a special sculpture from him.

44 :02x21 - All Access

A concert goer attempting to sneak in to a Kid Rock show gets the shock of her life when she discovers a dead man in a limo outside of the concert hall. Mac and Lindsay are forced to question concert goers, groupies and uncooperative handlers when the star becomes their prime suspect. Meanwhile, a routine call heard over the police scanners floors the team when they realize the emergency may affect one of their own team members.

45 :02x22 - Stealing Home

Mac and Stella are shocked when, while at a crime scene, two grief-stricken women approach them claiming to be married to the victim. The women explain they were both knowingly in a committed threesome relationship with the deceased. Meanwhile, when a young woman dressed as a mermaid is found tangled in the kelp off a ferry dock, Danny and Lindsay investigate her murder and discover that her last known whereabouts were at a child's birthday party. The case affects Lindsay the most when she realizes the victim is from her home state.

46 :02x23 - Heroes

During Fleet Week, an annual New York tradition showcasing military pride and achievement, the city is awash with servicemen taking a break from their duties. The discovery of a dead Marine in what is traditionally a week of celebration hits particularly close to home for Mac, a former Marine, as he sees a young version of himself in the victim. Meanwhile, the team unites on one case when the victim of a car fire is someone they all knew.

47 :02x24 - Charge of This Post

The CSIs face their toughest challenge yet when a bomber uses random cell phone pages to detonate C-4 bombs across the city, and a member of the team fights for life when seriously injured during one of the explosions.

In a race against the clock, the team works with local agencies and government authorities to locate the bomber and narrow down the next trigger among the city's six million cell phones before he strikes again. Meanwhile, as Mac investigates a routine crime scene, he stumbles upon a bag containing C-4 explosives and is unable to evacuate the building quickly enough to get his team out of harms' way. While a CSI is rushed to surgery, Mac struggles with the memories of the last person he was unable to save, a fellow Marine killed during the 1983 Beirut barracks bombing.

48 :03x01 - People with Money

When a man is found dead on the Brooklyn Bridge and the only evidence is his marriage proposal displayed in lights on a Manhattan high-rise and a souvenir key chain as a murder weapon buried in his chest, the team comes together to find the person who may have brutally rejected his offer.

49 :03x02 - Not What It Looks Like

Stella, Flack, Lindsay and Danny can't resolve how, despite the police being tipped off by the store's personnel, the women were able to escape the jewelry store so quickly. Also, Lindsay proves her strength when she puts herself in harm's way to solve the case. Meanwhile, when the mummified body of a city councilman's missing wife is found during a building's demolition, Mac and Peyton have their first professional argument when Mac isn't satisfied with her findings from the autopsy.

50 :03x03 - Love Run Cold

With thousands of suspects and no witnesses, the CSIs fight to collect evidence while spectators and marathon runners contaminate their crime scene. Meanwhile, a high-end vodka's ice-themed promotional launch party turns deadly when a model is stabbed, leaving Danny and Lindsay racing to collect vital evidence before it melts.

51 :03x04 - Hung Out to Dry

When a college girl is found beheaded at a sorority party, the entire team focuses on their toughest case yet. The victims wear t-shirts emblazoned with a logo inspired by Greek mythology that offers clues and hidden messages. By tracking the codes on the web, the team discovers that a serial killer is replicating the fate of mythological creatures by killing people in the same manner, and the only way to stop him is to unravel the hidden codes before he strikes again.

52 :03x05 - Oedipus Hex

Danny and Lindsay work to find who bludgeoned a young woman to death after her performance with SuicideGirls and their suspect list grows smaller when the murder weapon proves to be a stiletto worn by one of the women. Meanwhile, Mac, Stella and Flack investigate the death of a homeless man turned streetballer who was killed after winning an intense one-on-one game in Rucker Park against one of professional basketball's best.

53 :03x06 - Open and Shut

A young hotel concierge falls to her death from a balcony and is impaled on a statue shortly after an ugly incident with a popular model participating in a rooftop photo shoot. While Mac and Stella investigate the case, they hear gunshots coming from a nearby building and discover the shots came from a penthouse loft. When they enter, they find a woman standing over two dead bodies, one of them her husband. The woman claims the other victim was beating her husband, so she shot the man.

54 :03x07 - Murder Sings the Blues

Mac, Sheldon, Jennifer, Peyton and Lindsay investigate the mysterious death of a party-goer found in a subway car where the victim initially appears to have bled out, but the cause of death is determined to be multiple organ failure. The team must track the promoters of the subway raves to find what killed the young woman before another victim is found dead at one of their secret gatherings. Meanwhile, when one of New York's most eligible bachelors is found dead in the swim gym of his penthouse apartment, Stella, Det. Flack and Danny question his "room maids," beautiful women hired to clean the homes of the wealthy in exchange for room and board.

55 :03x08 - Consequences

When a professional paintball player is shot in a warehouse, the team assumes the murder was committed by an opposing player who took the game too far. But their investigation becomes more complicated when his opponent goes missing. Five days after surviving a horrific car accident, the woman who lost control of her car while driving home drunk is murdered in her hospital room shortly after coming out of a coma. Despite being paralyzed from the waist down, the doctors gave the victim a good chance for recovery, so the team must determine who wanted her dead in spite of her prognosis. Meanwhile, Sheldon returns to the hospital where he once worked as a promising surgeon and his investigation opens old wounds that led to his departure and caused him to become a medical examiner.

While filming a promotional spot, a base jumper plummets to his death after his parachute is punctured by pigeons, leading the CSIs to the competitive world of pigeon racing and to a second victim, a prominent trainer who was also murdered.

The CSIs are floored when Sheldon Hawkes is apprehended during an early morning run as the primary suspect in a bartender's murder. Meanwhile, when a successful real estate agent is found dead inside a Manhattan brownstone by some young kids, Mac, Det. Flack, Lindsay and Stella investigate what appears to be a possible kidnapping turned deadly.

A celebrity impersonator, who performed at a party in a ritzy hotel, is found dead in a men's room stall. She was drowned in the toilet. Also, Lindsay is asked to testify in a multiple-homicide trial in Montana. She was the only witness to the murders of four of her friends.

While looking into the murder of a music executive, Mac is thrown off by the victim's sister who passes a lie detector test and swears that both she and the victim were attacked by a woman, despite the fact that the victim's sister would have been given his lucrative life insurance policy. Meanwhile, Danny and Detective Angell investigate the death of a woman in a bathtub.

Mac, Danny and Flack are puzzled by their latest crime scene, which includes an ark in the victim's back yard full of people, food and animals. Interrogations reveal that the people believed the apocalypse was near and the victim promised salvation.

Stella and Mac investigate a magician's trick that leaves a woman sawed in half. The only clue is a fingerprint on the trunk the victim was killed in and the print belonging to her stalker. But the suspect has an airtight alibi since he was at a court ordered, anger management class at the time of the murder. Lindsey is in Montana for the court case of her best friend's murderer.

What was supposed to be a girl’s fake killing with a guillotine at a party turns into a real murder when the girl doesn’t survive. The CSIs quickly find out that looks can deceive and that the guillotine wasn’t the murder weapon after all. However, when a man working for the U.N. comes to the crime scene and informs the team that the body cannot be moved yet, the case becomes harder to solve. Meanwhile, a murder in a vine cellar has some mysterious and odd circumstances.

The CSIs investigate three separate but equally bizarre cases -- a man is found in medieval armor impaled by a lance; another is found stabbed with an ice pick; and a body is stolen from the coroner's van.

68 :03x21 - Past Imperfect

Teenage boys just messing around uncover a dead body by accident and the CSIs immediately understand the cause of death; the head of the body was complete packed in with tape. But when a dizzy man walks into the crime scene claiming someone is trying to kill him, the team splits up to investigate both cases. However, one of the cases turns quite odd when a key lock is found inside the taped head leading them to some sort of sex party. Meanwhile, the man who jumped into the crime scene turns out not only to be addicted to drugs, but also has a long rap sheet.

69 :03x22 - Cold Reveal

The CSIs investigate a man’s mysterious death when he is found dead in a church with wings. The wings make the team believe he fell out of a plane or went skydiving, but when they uncover that there was no scheduled air traffic passing over the church, weird circumstances involving an odd connection between the dead man and Heaven occur in the case. Meanwhile, Stella is put in a very uncomfortable position when a cold case in Philadelphia reveals her a suspect.

70 :03x23 - ...Comes Around

The team investigates the death of Tony Russo, who died standing up against a wall, which the team finds quite suspicious. But while in the morgue, a coin falls out of the victim’s mouth, making the case even more suspicious. Meanwhile, Mac is in court for killing Clay Dobson, which he claims he didn’t do, but nobody believes him. He gets furious and walks right out of the courtroom, which makes him lose some of his loyalty to the law.

71 :03x24 - Snow Day

Following the biggest drug seizure in New York history, Mac, Stella and Hawkes have to save their lab when the drug lord and his crew arrive to reclaim their drugs. In the action, two CSIs are taken hostage.

72 :04x01 - Can You Hear Me Now?

When a murder takes place in the crown of the Statue of Liberty, the CSI’s also find a trace of blood down Lady Liberty’s face. But Danny uncovers that there is too much blood there to be from the victim, so something else must’ve happened as well. But while walking around on Liberty Island, the team spots what looks like a man on the other side of the river just sitting and looking at them, but on closer inspection, the man is dead and has the words “2 more will die” on his shirt.

73 :04x02 - The Deep

In a boat “fight” between New Jersey and New York, the dead body of a man who went diving is found lying in the water. But when Hawkes uncovers that the victim apparently lost oxygen and drowned with a full tank and a back-up, Sid finds out that a starfish was in the victim’s body, eating on the internal organs. Meanwhile, Danny and Hawkes go underwater to find evidence where the victim died, but when Hawkes gets stuck and Danny has problems freeing him, Hawkes’ life is put in jeopardy.

74 :04x03 - You Only Die Once

When Flack and his girlfriend are disrupted by a break-in, Flack chases the man through a building and the Manhattan streets stopping at nothing to arrest the guy. But when the guy’s car turns out to have some James Bond-equipment and manages to block the street by causing a fire, he escapes out of Flack’s control. But while investigating the case, even more odd and suspicious evidence shows up that involves 007.

When a “crazy” man runs through the streets naked and with a whole bunch of gears and equipment attached to his head, he runs right into the CSI headquarters, confessing to a murder. But what he tells Mac in private right before he dies is that he is from the future and is going to kill a man named Kevin the next day. While the CSIs believe the murder won’t happen when the man who confessed is dead, they believe they are handling their most complicated case yet when a man, named Kevin, falls to his death the next day at the exact time and with the same head gears.

76 :04x05 - Down the Rabbit Hole

A janitor finds a young woman dead among mannequins, but while doing the autopsy, Sid uncovers that the woman is in no way normal. Investigating further, the team uncovers that almost everything about their victim is exactly similar to a character in the virtual game Second Life, and Mac creates his own character to try and get in contact with the killer online.

Continuing from where we left off in season 5, the team is at a local bar remembering their fallen member. But their funeral is disrupted when a car starts firing a whole lot of bullets at them. Everyone ducks down to the floor, and Mac soon sees a pool of blood on the floor, meaning someone got hit. Afterwards, Mac and Danny go back to the bar to talk to the manager, but the shooter returns, once again putting their lives in jeopardy.

A tour group visiting a preserved building at Ellis Island finds a dead man who seemed to have hung himself, but the CSIs uncover that the man died about 8 hours ago, but managed to answer a call from his wife a few hours after his death, which confuses the team. However, when a crime on the other side of the city is similar to this one, and both cases have a compass lying next to the victims, the team suspects they are dealing with The Compass Killer.

121 :06x04 - Dead Reckoning

A man is stabbed to death and the CSIs talk with the wife of the victim. She claims they were having a perfect dinner until she found a ring and an envelope and understood he was going to give it to someone else. She confirms to Mac and Don that she started stabbing her own husband, but Stella has gotten her own proof; DNA that really confirms she didn’t do it.

122 :06x05 - Battle Scars

The CSIs need to follow the blood trail after a woman stumbles her way through the lobby of a hotel and gets the hotel desk manager to call 911. Searching all floors of the hotel, Stella and Don are led to an open room where they find a victim. Meanwhile, the rest of the team finds a connection between the dead girl and an underground hip-hop community.

Mac and the CSIs investigate what really happened when a software company executive bled to death on a street, but Hawkes has problems concentrating on the case when it turns out the victim is someone he knew and could’ve saved. It’s Christmas time in New York City, but the CSIs aren’t getting their vacations yet, as they need to first solve a crime in which a young man was found dead in an alley brutally killed, or so it seems. Further investigation proves that the victim was only struck by a car, but he has a history of being a former drug addict, with a large amount of heroin in his system before his death. However, the investigation changes when the CSIs uncover a $2.5 million dollar insurance policy, as one of the suspects is the victim’s girlfriend, who cashed in on the insurance, making it an insurance scam of the worst kind.
