Cultural References
Glengarry Glen Ross
The phrase used by Charlie's new boss, "ABC, baby: Always Be Closing," is, as Charlie points out to Hank, a reference to the 1982 play Glengarry Glen Ross by David Mamet about a real estate agency in which the agents are given an ultimatum to sell undesirable properties within a limited amount of time or face losing the jobs they have held for years.
