Frank Cannon was a bald, middle aged, overweight private investigator who mostly took cases he knew would get him a substantial fee so he could live the high life he loved so well. Cannon, however, very rarely ever fired a gun and his poor car usually ended up with all the damage in each episode. William Conrad starred in the title role of this Quinn Martin produced show.
