A girl he once knew is concerned about her husband's -he's a research scientist- fits of irrational behavior. they touch on mind-boggling drugs here, a topical subject.

1x0: Cannon recap: In Gallitin, NM, Sands Motel owner Ken Langston checks in a guest, Jerry Straiter. The next morning at 4 a.m. Langston collects his fishing gear and drives off into the country. When he arrives, Straiter attacks and clubs him dead. The murderer then drives Langston’s body to the docks, ties it to some concrete blocks, and prepares to dump it into the water. Sergeant Calhoun with the police is driving by, spots Straiter, and opens fire when the killer goes for his gun.
