| In a word...Annoying
|
After watching the first episode I gave the show the benefit of the doubt. I thought that maybe it would not continue being quite so annoying as the season continued. Unfortunately after watching episode 2 this annoyance continued.
It is very distracting and annoying as a viewer to be made to watch one conflict after another involving everyone associated with the lead character. Her male assistant is always at odds with her and seemingly always going behind her back and doing the opposite of what she instructed him to do. This is something that would not be tolerated in the real world - very annoying!
She has a very terrible relationship with the District Attorney with is always in conflict and again very annoying.
I have always liked Julianna Margulies and believer her to be a very good and talented actress. But this show is doomed for failure mainly because it is too annoying to watch. Television legal dramas are supposed to entertain you and allow your own investigative imagination to help in solving the crime in your own mind before it is solved on the show. They are not supposed to be this annoying!
