Episode Summary

Mia and Jack Cutting are the "it" New York power couple. Newly engaged, the two must go head-to-head in a cutthroat competition to see who will be promoted to U.S. Group Publisher at Barnstead Media Group. Caitlin must deal with her new-found feelings for a person in her office. Meanwhile, Juliet lands on a unique punishment for Davis' straying. Elsewhere, Zoe and her husband, Eric, struggle to balance their careers, parenthood and marriage.
