4x23: Always recap: The episode begins with Kate hanging from a building; her hands slipping. She is screaming Castle’s name. Her fingers cannot hold on any longer and her hands are off the railing. Cut to three days earlier; Alexis is too worried about her Valedictorian speech and Castle gives her few topics to choose from. Just then Kate calls and Castle meets her and they reach the crime scene. They see the body but there is no identification in his pockets. The guy was trying to hide something in his shoes- lock picks. He is a thief and it appears that he was carrying something very heavy on his shoulders. The victim is identified as Orlando Costas; he belonged to a gang which is involved in drugs, armed robbery etc. but Orlando has been trying to clean his act... read more.

4x22: Undead Again recap: The episode begins with Castle asking his daughter to join him in their regular game. But Alexis is not in a mood to, as she has bigger decisions to make- choosing her college. She wants to go to a college far from home. She tells her dad that it is time that they holster the guns and play adults. Martha tells castle that Alexis is growing up and that she would like to do her own things. Just then Beckett calls; but he ignores her call. He tells his mom that Beckett and he haven’t been hitting it off well off late; and Martha tells him that it is his fault. Partnering with a rugged cop and showing up at crime scene with a stewardess could definitely be good reasons for this to happen... read more.

4x21: Headhunters recap: The episode begins with an old man finding a dead body of a young guy. When he opens the dead guy’s bag to check for valuables; he finds severed hands inside the bag. He is struck with terror. At the office, Castle is playing with dolls and Martha walks in. She hands over some letters to him. Castle hides them away; they are acceptance letters for Alexis from Stanford and he will show them to her later. Castle is watching the news of the murder on television, when Martha quietly takes those letters from the drawer. Just then he sees a cop on television and wants to meet that guy. 4x20: The Limey recap: The scene opens at a motel, with a dead woman lying on the floor and a guy pillaging through her clothes. Just then the woman who cleans the room walks into the room and the guy pushes his way out the door and the woman enters the room and finds the dead body on the floor. Next, Beckett is telling Laine that there is something different about their relationship this time, and Laine tells her that probably Castle is tired of waiting; it’s been 4 years. Beckett thinks he is drifting away from her. Just then Beckett gets a call. She arrives at the scene with Laine. Castle drives in at the scene with a woman. Beckett tells Castle that she feels that she has ran into a bad episode of Miami Vice... read more.

4x19: 47 Seconds recap: The episode begins, and budding journalist Leann West is live in Boylan Plaza at an anti-Wall Street rally when a bomb goes off, leaving a horrible, fiery, bloody mess with dozens of bloody victims. Five dead, 28 injured, to be exact. But was any of this related to the protest, or is there something else at play? After perusing the scene, Castle and Beckett head to the precinct to mull over a few woeful tales of several victims, and both are blown away by the severity of the situation. “Their future, their plans, everything is just gone in flash,” Castle muses; visibly disturbed by the whole scene. “It makes you think about those things in your own life that you don't want to put off anymore … “Beckett confesses, equally disturbed... read more.
