i really enjoyed the first episode. no overly dramatic camera shots, no self-indulgent emotional stuff, etc. everything was fairly matter of fact and dealt with in a straight forward and honest matter, the evidence presented was very well documented, and chip is just likeable. however, being a history buff, i would have liked it even more if more historical information had been presented. something i've seen on ghost hunters that i thought was fascinating were side-by-side camera shots, one with a regular camera, one with a full spectrum camera. just thought i'd mention it.
i hope this show has a good run, i will be watching it. ;) good luck with it.
