Brigitte Nielsen, Joanie "Chyna Doll" Laurer, Jeff Conaway, Daniel Baldwin, Seth "Shifty" Binzer, Mary Carey, Jaimee Foxworth & Jessica Sierra, all "celebs" in their own right, check into rehab for care with Dr. Drew. While analyzing and accessing each paient, Dr. Drew is pulled away when Jeff Conaway laps into a drunken and doped up seizure.



2 :01x02 - Detox

Seth faces a struggle as he tries to cleanse the opiates from his body. Also, Jessica confronts the issues she had with her late mother. Later, Jeff returns to the hospital, but he still shows signs of substance withdrawal.



3 :01x03 - New Arrival

While some of the celeb patients are going along nicely with the program, others battle Dr. Drew and his staff. The subject of detoxing is discussed in the group meeting.



4 :01x04 - Sex and Trauma

The patients talk about childhood trauma and other sources of pain which may have contributed to their addictions, as group therapy begins.



5 :01x05 - Bye Bye Baldwin

An emotionally charged group-therapy session has the patients showing some progress.



6 :01x06 - Friends and Family

Guest star: Vikki Lizzi (Herself), Michael Farinha (Himself), Mattia Dessi (Himself), Gwyn Foxx (Herself), Barry Williams (Himself)

The patients are offered the choice of staying or being discharged from the facility. Meanwhile, the family of the celebrities join in the group therapy sessions while there for a visit.



7 :01x07 - Retreat

Having revealed their problems to their loved ones, some group members believe the session was a success, while others find it necessary to check themselves out of the facility.



8 :01x08 - The Disease Is Winning

The celebrities try to test their newfound ability to cope concerning personal matters in the Outbound Program as they near the end of their stay in rehab. The final results will be assessed when they return home with their families.



9 :01x09 - Graduation

In the conclusion of the first series, the celebrities and Dr. Drew recap the experiences from their stay and prepare for their release and trip home.



10 :01x10 - Reunion

The cast of celebrities regroup to discuss their experiences at the rehab.



11 :02x01 - Intake

New residents arrive including Steven Adler, Jeff Conaway, Rodney King, Tawny Kitaen, Nikki McKibblin, Amber Smith and Sean Stewart, along with Gary Busey as a mentor for the group.



12 :02x02 - Detox

First aired: Oct/30/2008

Although the patients have just entered the rehab there are already rumblings. Gary Busey doesn't like that he's been placed in with the patients instead of a source of inspiration in which he believed he had signed up for. Dr. Drew sets him up a psychological exam and an amazing discovery is revealed. Jeff and Vikki can't seem to stay away from each other as ordered. Nikki, Jeff and Amber seem to be having the toughest time in the detoxifying portion of the program. Steven had recently detoxed at a hospital and is having nightmares as he starts coming out of the fog. Rodney uses exercise to help clear away his demons. Tawny is having trouble sleeping since her meds have been taken away. But family and friends are finally let in for the day to help ease their pains, except for Jeff who is having troubles again with Vikki. As the guests leave Gary gets out of hand and nearly shoves Steven's wife out the door and gives "secret" conversations to Tawny and Amber, shoving the cameraman when he realizes the talks were being filmed.



13 :02x03 - Withdrawal

Day 4 of rehab finds the patients emerging from their painful withdrawal sickness, and Dr. Drew begins exploring what made the addicts misuse drugs and alcohol in the first place.



14 :02x04 - Sex and Trauma

First aired: Nov/13/2008

Dr. Drew begins chatting with the celebs about their mothers and how they relate to their addictions, which proves to be a touchy subject for some. Also, Jeff's back pain is getting the best of him and he reveals his fear of being around his girlfriend because of what she may do to him. Dr. Drew will confront Vikki on what Jeff has explained and try to find a constructive resolution to their domestic issues. later, Dr. Drew connects some patient's drug addiction with sexual and physical abuse. Jeff finds himself unwilling to accept any form of healing his back other than another surgery and resorts to calling the police to say he is being held captive.



15 :02x05 - Bye Bye

First aired: Nov/20/2008

The last episode ended with Jeff making a call to 911. The police have arrived and recommends he either stays at the rehab facility or be transferred to Las Encinas hospital...but is uncomfortable sending him home due to possible suicidal tendencies. Amber is upset that Jeff's acting out gets him more attention, but Bob reveals that sooner or later everyone will act out as a part of rehab. The group tries art therapy, but Steven bursts out of the room after the instructor tried consoling him. Later, Gary and Jeff get into a physical outburst over who will be sitting in the front seat of the van. Everyone seems to have enough of Gary's ways and back Jeff. Steven is finally convinced to meet his mother in a face-to-face conference. The meeting ends in a storm from Steven.



16 :02x06 - Friends and Family

Mary Carey, a celebrity rehab veteran with words of encouragement for the celebs. This week's group session brings along family members, which causes a riff in the relationship between Jeff and his girlfriend, as well Sean and his woman.



17 :02x07 - Retreat

Dr. Drew asks a few patients to help out at the homeless shelter as a means of staying grounded, but the job isn't for everybody. Meanwhile, a former patient returns under the belief of a relapse.



18 :02x08 - The Disease is Winning

Seth Binzer, from season 1 has relapsed and returned to rehab, but he can't seem to commit to Dr. Drew's program this time.



19 :02x09 - Graduation

The second season finale finds Dr. Drew's no-tolerance policy being tested by Jeff's violent outbursts as graduation day approaches. Meanwhile, the celebrity patients watch films clips of themselves at the best and their worst and face the difficult question of what they will be doing next.

Addiction specialist Dr. Drew returns for a FOURTH season of Celebrity Rehab to once again face the intense task of helping a new group of celebrity patients in their quest for sobriety. As the patients check in, Dr. Drew first lands them at the Pasadena Recovery Center, then meets with them individually to examine the role that their addictions play in their lives. As the patients detox and the intense physical and emotional withdrawl begins, one of the patients suffers from a severe panic attack and even contemplates suicide.



30 :04x02 - Season 4, Episode 2

Dr. Drew's patients are just beginning the treatment process, and as many of them are life-long drug users, the physical effects of detox are severe for many of the addicts. Dr. Drew is able to calm Janice down after her panic attack, but Jason Davis continues verbally attacking her despite numerous warnings from the staff. In process group, Rachel shares an emotional story of loss, and Frankie's withdrawal symptoms turn out to be more intense than anyone realizes when she threatens to abandon her treatment.

As the patients begin to sober up, painful emotions that contributed to their addictions in the first place begin to arise. Jeremy London and his wife Melissa reunite while sober for the first time to discuss the fate of their three year old son, and Jason Davis comes to terms with some painful revelations about his past. Word leaks to the press that Rachel Utichel is in Rehab and a media firestorm almost drives her to abandon her treatment, and Leif Garrett's withdrawal symptoms threaten his sobriety.

Michael Lohan's ex fiancée Kate Major calls the unit repeatedly while under the influence, and although it's clearly disrupting his treatment, Michael insists that Kate attend Family Weekend and almost abandons his treatment when the staff puts a condition on her attendance. The patients pay an emotional visit to a non-profit organization that provides treatment and hope to addicts who would otherwise be forgotten.



45 :05x06 - Family Weekend

Family weekend sparks trouble when a patient nearly comes to blows with another's husband and Michael Lohan's former fiancée Kate Major shows up detoxing from prescription drugs.



46 :05x07 - The Trouble With Loved Ones

The aftermath of a family weekend troubles patients; Amy and her husband, Lou, discuss her adult-film career with Dr. Drew; and Michael Lohan and Kate Major have an emotional argument.



47 :05x08 - Preparing for Discharge

As graduation approaches, Dr. Drew and his staff check in with the patients to discuss their aftercare plans and to help them make their home environments safe. Bob accompanies Jeremy Jackson to his apartment where they discard of tens of thousands of dollars worth of dangerous supplements and steroids. Dr. Drew meets with Sean Young and her husband Robert to discuss how he can support her sobriety, and Jessica Kiper wrestles with Dr. Drew's recommendation that she enroll directly into sober living upon graduation.



48 :05x09 - Graduation

A group session is held prior to graduation, and patients read aloud (then burn) good-bye letters they've written to their addictions. Alumni from Season 4 visit to lend support.
