The ODS travel to Miristan to try to put a friendly leader in the place of a evil dictator. When they see that the dictator is ill, they plan to tell him to get the friendly son to be the next ruler rather then the evil one. This is done with a little framing of their own.

The agents go to Panama to rescue a former team member who was presumed to be dead but is being held hostage.
