Tim Blake Nelson was a poor choice to play the tough guy in this series. Not only is he not physically imposing, he tries to keep this stoic, tough guy look on his face that looks ridiculous. All I can think of when I see him is the goofy character he played in O Brother, Where Art Thou?

i completely disagree. i like the casting for all the exact reasons you gave against. i don't want some "tough guy" in this. it's too obvious. i like the fact no one would see that from him. it fits with the tongue and cheek mood Chaos emits.
