Episode Quotes
Phoebe, what's happening to me?
Oh sweetie, I don't know, although, I do know of a power called Projection and I've never actually seen it but I know it exists.
It lets a witch turn people and things into whatever comes to mind, without a spell or potion, it's pretty powerful stuff.
