<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
The scene opens with a man is outside a liquor shop and a teenager named Derrick. The man asks the teen about his Mustang and asks if he will sell it to him. Derrick is creeped out and takes off with a friend. They drive down the road and Derrick keeps bragging about how his dad got the car for him at a cheap price. Suddenly the same man from earlier is right next to Derrick and rams his car off the road. When Derrick comes to, he is upside down and the man walks over and puts a knife to his throat. He tells Derrick that he should have made him a deal on the car. Meanwhile, at H.E.A.T., a gecko makes Luke jump. Marco and Daisy tells that the gecko’s name is Gordon and that it is Jimmy’s pet. Natalie’s kicked him out of the house again. Annie walks in and tells that a fugitive is on the loose and has killed a teenager named Derrick Winters, who was also a state trooper’s son. The fugitive is Eduardo “El Lobo” Lopez. She tells that “El Lobo” means “the wolf”. She says that he has been in prison for drug possession and distributing it. A witness says that they were drag racing before the incident. Derrick’s friend died on impact and Derrick died from a puncture wound. They need to know if this was revenge for serving time in prison from Derrick’s dad Chuck. They decide to go investigate to see what they find on it.

Annie goes to Derrick’s funeral and asks Chuck about the arrest four years ago of Eduardo. He tells that in Mexico, they got him with 10 pounds of dope, Eduardo resisted, and he still claimed that they had no right to arrest him in Mexico and that it was all up to Mexican police. But in fear that Eduardo would just pay them off, he was arrested. Annie tells that she will do everything to catch Eduardo. Annie meets up with Luke and Jimmy and they tell that a man matching Eduardo’s description was found leaving a “chop shop” in Midlands. Clive Barnes, the owner of the shop served time in prison and was Eduardo’s cell mate. The team arrives at the chop shop and Clive tries to run. He is taken down by Jimmy and Luke. Clive tells that Eduardo was there and has been gone for a while. They ask what he wanted and Clive tells that he needed a chisel and a saw. He only knows that Eduardo told him that he was fixing his girlfriend’s car. Clive tells that Eduardo is driving a white Cutlass. Meanwhile, at a diner, Eduardo sees cops and tells the waitress that he will pay for their breakfast and says that they have to fatten the hogs first as he was taught in his country.

Annie and the team track the white Cutlass to a Maricela Ortiz. They break into the home and she tells that she was letting Eduardo stay there, but she didn’t know that he was a fugitive. She tells that they met at the DMV and that Eduardo stood up to a rude customer. This allowed him to get the registration on a Mustang GTO and tells that he is upset that the government took it when he was in prison. Turns out that Derrick’s dad bought a car from a federal auction. The car Derrick was driving was originally Eduardo’s. They determine that Eduardo did not want to go after the son of the state trooper, but to get his car back. Annie and the team go back to H.E.A.T. and look at what books Eduardo checked out while he was in prison. Books from the Mexican-American War, all the way to the History of the U.S. But, one in particular stops Annie. It is a book on the Reconquista. This is a group of Mexicans that believe that Texas was stolen from Mexico after the war. Annie remembers Winters telling her that Eduardo was telling that they had no right to arrest Eduardo and take his property. Annie tells that he is a repo man taking back what was taken away.

Eduardo walks up to a truck and the owner of the truck tells him to get away from it. Eduardo tells that he would like to buy the truck. The man tells that it has been bought already. Eduardo tells that he paid the wrong person and the man insults him. Eduardo gets angry and pulls out the chisel and stabs the man and removes the Texas flag. He drives off leaving the body. Annie finds the owner and a neighbor tells that Eduardo offered to buy the truck and then Annie realizes that he is getting all of his cars back. Marco walks up and tells that that three other cars were sold at auction as well. Annie knows that he is going after those victims as well. Annie assigns the other cars to other agents and Jimmy and her go to see Robert Jamison, the owner of the GTO Mustang. They arrive at the house and Rachel, Robert’s wife, answers the door and tells that a man came with a toolbox asking about the GTO. Jimmy and Annie run to the garage and open it. They find Robert dead on the floor and the car is still there. Annie sees that the door is open and she reaches under the door. She is cut from the door and wonders why the door was cut open.

Meanwhile, Marco and Daisy arrives at Terry’s home and the Ford and him are missing. They find out that Terry is at a dealership trading it in for a Camaro. Terry gets a message from Marco as he is making the deal with the dealership. Terry gets $500 for the truck and pays the rest in cash for the Camaro. Marco and Daisy talk to a neighbor that tells that Terry is dating a woman named Charlene and tells that Charlene’s mom has concer. Terry is unemployed and that he left with most of his things today. But, the dog was left behind. Back at Robert Jamison’s, Annie is looking at the car more closely and finds a ripped $100 bill inside. Eduardo gets to Terry’s home. He kills the police officer who is guarding the home. He walks inside and listens to the messages of Marco and the car dealer talking about the pick-up truck. When he leaves, he sees the dog. Back at H.E.A.T., Jimmy and Annie figure out that Eduardo has been hiding money inside the vehicles. Annie tells Jimmy that he is going to be looking for Terry and the truck now. Terry’s file shows that he was a shrimper that has been out of work and is in major debt. Jimmy suggests that Terry found the money. Luke comes in and says that Jimmy’s theory is right and that Terry sold the pick-up for a Camaro and covered the difference in cash.

Outside a grocery store, Terry is there and tells that he sold the boat and truck and bought her a wedding ring. Terry tells that he wants to go to Vegas. He tells that he will pick up the dog while Charlene tries on wedding dresses. Meanwhile, Eduardo goes to the dealership and the dealer asks for $4,500. Eduardo asks the dealer what color balloon would he like. Annie and the rest arrive at the dealership and they see that Eduardo is swapping cars and they pop the trunk of the used vehicle and find that the car dealer is inside. He is dead and there are red, white, and blue balloons inside. Meanwhile, Terry gets home and finds the officer and the dog dead. There is a gun shot and Terry ducks. He grabs the shotgun and shoots Eduardo’s tires out and takes off in his new Camaro. Annie and Jimmy go to Terry’s house and find it torn apart. They decide that if they can find Terry and Charlene, Eduardo will be close by. Marco comes in and shows the recent charges: Wedding Dress, Condoms, Gatorade, and Chaser Pills. This means to the team that they are going to Vegas. Meanwhile, Eduardo is at the hospital and dressed as staff, Eduardo goes to Charlene’s mother’s room. He reconsiders killing her when he sees a “Only for Emergencies” cell phone. He takes that instead.

Arriving in Vegas, Jimmy says that Natalie kicked him out for finding his gun in the house. Jimmy tells that it was a gift, but she didn’t care and she sold everything he had at a yard sale. Daisy shows up with rental cars and they all go to the Vegas Strip. Terry and Charlene get a phone call from what Charlene thinks is her mother. It is Eduardo and he threatens Charlene. Terry gets the phone and tells that he got the money fair and square, but Eduardo seems unforgiving. Terry and Charlene stay at a penthouse suite and Terry packs up quickly. Charlene asks who the man was and asks if her mother is alright. Terry tells that she is fine and that the man is Eduardo Lopez and he bought the truck at auction. However, he found $1 Million in the car. Charlene is excited but asks if they should return it. Terry tells that everything is paid for. Charlene gives Terry her ring and tells that he doesn’t have to win her with fancy things. Annie and Jimmy talk about the case and they hypothesis that in order to convince Charlene to leave, Terry would have promised everything to her. Annie tells that they have to be staying at the Venitian to get Charlene used to the Italian décor. Terry calls Eduardo and tells that he has the money.

Annie and her team get to the suite and find that Charlene is hiding. She tells that only involving the police will complicate things. Annie tells that if Charlene wants to see Terry alive, she needs to come clean. She tells that he is meeting Eduardo. Meanwhile, Terry and Eduardo meet and Terry gives over the wing, the Camaro, and the rest of the money. Terry tells that $1,500 of it was spent on the wedding. Eduardo likes that Terry is honest and leaves. As Eduardo is driving off, Annie calls on the phone and tells him to give up. He refuses. Annie and Jimmy show up behind Eduardo and eventually make him flip his truck. As he is getting taken away, Mr. Winters comes up and thanks Annie. Terry and Charlene arrive and Terry says that the honeymoon is canceled, but Annie tells that there could be some reward money in it for them. Later that night, the team goes out and Annie gives Jimmy the gun that belonged to his grandfather. She tells that she went to the yard sale and got it from Natalie. Jimmy asks why Natalie wanted to change him. Annie tells that Natalie changed and that Jimmy tells that it is going to be hard to find someone who accepts the lifestyle of a U.S. Marshall.
