The scene opens with a pimp named Lucky Fargas going out of a car saying goodbye to his girls. He thinks that he is going to go on a private plane to the Super Bowl. He goes inside the airport and all the H.E.A.T. team are there. Daisy escorts Lucky to Calor Airlines. A man named Hank Collins comes in and Daisy asks if he is looking for Calor Airlines as well. Hank is suspicious and says that he isn’t and throws away the letter. Marco goes after him. He is dressed as Airport security. Daisy tells Marco that they have Collin’s address and for them not to worry. Annie poses as a ticket agent as well and sends Lucky to the “Lounge for Winners” for the Super Bowl tickets. Luke is there dressed as a waiter. Lucky tells that he wants a scotch. Lucky recognizes Marco and suddenly the entire team comes in and say that they are U.S. Marshalls. Daisy kicks Lucky and they arrest the criminals. Later, they talk to all the agents and Annie says that “Operation Lasso” was great and they brought 34 fugitives in. Jimmy says that they team up and the winner gets to win a stuffed armadillo that Marco has named “Shelly”.

Marco goes up to Daisy, his old partner in the competition, and tells that they’re going to be easy. However, she tells that she has court because of her DUI. She says that Luke will help him out. Marco turns serious and says that he will kill him if he stands in between him and Shelly. The next day at 4AM, Marco and Luke are looking through a window at Chris Beecher, their first fugitive. He is “getting busy” with his girlfriend when they interrupt him and arrest him. They take a picture of him to log their arrests. Meanwhile, Annie and Jimmy follow Alan Smith, the next fugitive. They see him hiding in the dryer, but they pretend not to see him. When Jimmy puts money in the dryer to starts it, Smith gives up. Annie takes a picture. Marco and Luke go after their next fugitive, Zeke Winters and he says that he gives up. He fights back and after a long fight, Marco and Luke get him by smashing his head through a car window. Back at headquarters, Luke and Marco post up their Polaroids of the fugitives and they are in the lead. Annie comes in with their one picture and Marco teases her. Annie and Jimmy talk about how Daisy is probably hating that she is missing this and hopes that she clears it up soon.
Meanwhile, Daisy goes to her brother Mark’s Super Bowl party. He hugs her and so does Clara. Daisy asks how her violin lessons are going and she says that she used to take lessons from Mr. Porter as well. She asks if Porter ever tickles Clara and she looks at Daisy seriously and says no and walks away. Daisy tells Mark and he is upset that Porter is possibly touching Clara and Daisy says that she will handle it. Meanwhile, Annie and Jimmy go to Hank Collin’s apartment. As they get there, they are almost shot. Collins is shooting heavy artillery. They chase after him, but he gets away. Annie wants to know why a petty criminal needs artillery. Jimmy plays a voicemail that he received. It is from a girlfriend and they track her caller ID. Meanwhile, Marco and Luke find Tom Churchill, their next fugitive. He is passing out fliers in a hot dog costume. He runs and they catch him. He begs them to allow him to take off the costume, but Marco tells that he goes in how he is and takes his picture. They take him into lock up and Marco brags about his total. Suddenly, a fight breaks out and Marco tells Luke that there were rival gangs in one cage. He says that there is bad blood between them. Marco looks over to the TV and realizes that he didn’t miss the halftime show.
Jimmy and Annie find April, the girlfriend of Collins from the voicemail. They check the place, but no sign of Collins. Jimmy says that April told him that Collins left an hour ago. He shows that Collins has enough artillery now to start an army. Annie goes in to talk to April. She says that Collins got the guns from work because he works for a security company that guards military bases. Jimmy talks to Annie alone and says that the weapons depot at Fort Hood was robed. Annie says that Collins possibly worked security at Fort Hood. Jimmy says that Collins has been filling down the serial numbers on the guns to make them worth more. Suddenly, Annie’s phone rings. Collin’s car was found at a restaurant. They wait outside the restaurant and see a man in a baseball cap exit and go to Collin’s car. However, it isn’t him. The man says that his name is Taylor and says that Collins is borrowing his van.

Meanwhile, Marco and Luke continue to catch fugitives and the next is Elroy Mathews. They find him in a dumpster. Elroy smells so bad that both argue as to who is going to cuff him up. Marco winds up tossing the cuffs to Elroy and tells him to cuff himself. Annie and Jimmy talk to Taylor about Collin’s gun operation that he has. However, he doesn’t know anything about it. He says that he saw Collins use a M4 rifle when they went shooting the other day. He tells them that a biker guy showed up and Collins shot the gun in front of him and took it apart. Jimmy tells Taylor that he saw a weapons deal going on. He asks if he can describe the biker and Taylor says that the biker had a leather vest with S-O on it. Jimmy says that it stands for “Satan’s Outlaws”, the same gang that Luke and Marco have. Taylor says that a war is coming between Satan Outlaws and another gang. Meanwhile, Daisy is at a restaurant and puts a microphone on. She meets with Jared Porter and they start to talk. Daisy asks about Clara and he says that she reminds him of Daisy. He says that he needs to leave and says, pulling her into a tight hug and whispers that she was the best student he ever had. When he leaves, Daisy is upset and smashes the recorder on the ground.
Back at headquarters, Marco teases Annie about how far ahead they are. Jimmy comes up and says that they are going to have to wait on the information on “Satan’s Outlaws”. Marco says that they arrested a member of that gang. Annie says that she is going to have to talk to him then. Meanwhile, Daisy goes over to Porter’s home and breaks into the house. She goes through his things and finds an old cello case. Inside, she finds bags of hair and Polaroid pictures. She sees that they are girls and finds a picture of Clara too. She puts things away and leaves. Back at headquarters, Annie and Jimmy talk to Chris Beecher about what Satan’s Outlaws wants with Collins. They do this in front of the others in the cages, but they can’t hear what is going on. Beecher says that he is not a rat and Jimmy tells that all he has to do is smile and pat him on the back. Jimmy also offers to punch him in the face. Beecher is still quiet until they smile and start to make it look like he is cooperating. He tells the location of the crash house and Jimmy punches him.
Daisy goes over to Mark’s house and talks to Clara. She asks if Porter touched her. She says that he hasn’t, but they don’t believe her. Daisy asks if Porter has given Clara any gifts and Clara hides her MP3 player from her. Daisy asks if Porter has ever had lessons in the bathroom. However, Mark interrupts and says that he and Clara’s mother will handle it. Daisy says that she needs Clara’s statement and tells that she found a picture of Clara. He refuses to allow Daisy to talk to Clara and says that they will find another way. Meanwhile, Annie and Jimmy see at a warehouse that there is a gun deal in process. They watch and see Collins talking with some bikers. They go and arrest the bikers. Jimmy and Annie arrest Collins. Back at headquarters, Marco says that in 60 seconds, “Shelly” is all his. However, Jimmy and Annie come in and say that they got Collins and his accomplices. Annie puts up all the Polaroid’s of the criminals Marco fears that it is going to be a tie, but Annie and Jimmy tell that it is not and that they won. They celebrate their victory. Marco goes up to Daisy and asks if she got everything taken care of. She says that she has and knows what she is going to have to do.

Annie, Jimmy, Daisy, Marco and Luke have their picture taken with Annie holding “Shelly”. Luke asks if Daisy is alright and she asks if he wants to get out of there. Later that night, they get “busy” at Daisy’s and afterward, Luke falls asleep. However, in the middle of the night, he wakes up to find Daisy gone. She has left letters for every member of the H.E.A.T. team and one for her parents. The letter states that she has been living with something and she can’t run away anymore. At the same moment, Daisy goes up to Porter’s house with a gun. She points the gun at Porter and before Luke can get to her, she fires the gun and kills Porter. Luke goes inside the bedroom to find Daisy crying and Porter dead. Luke takes the gun. Annie arrives and Daisy shows the pictures of the 37 girls that Porter has molested. Jimmy and Marco arrive and Jimmy tries to say that it was self defense, but she says that she doesn’t want it to be fixed. Marco asks why she didn’t come to them. The team gathers around to protect her as she is lead away. She says that she is free now. The episode ends with a picture of the picture of the H.E.A.T. team.
