Checkmate: The Button Down Break

Guest star Tony Randall plays a positive thinking perfectionist whose sense of logic lands him in the penitentiary for murder in this episode.
Luther Gage (Tony Randall), ambitious for quick success in his business, has his superior murdered. Dr. Carl Hyatt (Sebastian Cabot) of Checkmate, Inc. solves the crime and Gage goes to prison. There he plots revenge against Hyatt, then egotistically sends Hyatt a warning that the bearded Checkmater is about to be done in by Gage.
Worried about Hyatt, his Checkmate partners hire a private detective, Chris Devlin (Jack Betts), to go undercover in prison and learn what Gage's plans are.
