The scene opens two weeks later. Quinn is on a plane with Edgar. He says that he needs to fix the Intercept because it is unstable. At the same moment, Sarah climbs out of a bag and goes up to them. Quinn senses the intrusion and grabs Edgar’s gun and aims it on Sarah. Edgar forces the plane to turn right and this forces Sarah to fall over, missing the shot she had for Quinn. He tells her to reach for her gun and instead, she blows open the plane door. She falls out of the plane unconscious. Chuck wakes up and Morgan, Ellie and Devon are there. They tell Chuck to get Sarah back. He says that it didn’t work, but Ellie says that emotions and feelings are powerful things. Ellie tells him that she fell in love with him once. She could do it again. Sarah wakes up and pulls her parachute. Chuck says that Sarah isn’t out of his league and says that he can get her back. Meanwhile, Beckman meets with Casey and tells him that his new target is Quinn. Casey says that he is ready to go. She tells him that she wants the old Casey back. Alex calls Beckman and she ignores it. He says that he can do it.

Chuck, Morgan, Ellie and Devon sit down and Morgan says that he needs to kiss Sarah. He blames his romantic gesture on watching princess movies with Clara. They go to the store and ask Lester and Jeff if they can find a woman. They laugh and say that they can find anyone. They connect with their fellow computer geeks and they find out that Sarah is at the store. Chuck goes out to meet her and asks what she is doing there and then quickly changes his tone and tells her that he missed her. Sarah says that she needs him to find someone for her. He takes her down to the lab area and Sarah says that she needs to find Renny Deutch, the man that Quinn was talking about. Morgan comes up and she puts him in a hold. She apologizes and he says that he should know better then to sneak up on her. Chuck finds Renny and says that he is in Berlin. Chuck asks her what her plan is to deal with Quinn. Sarah says that she can’t remember how to be the woman he wants. He offers his team to go with her and she tells him that he is going to have to be lethal.
Sara, Morgan and Chuck go to Berlin and Chuck is afraid that he might have to shoot someone with the gun. Morgan says that Sarah loved that he didn’t kill anyone and says that he can’t. They go into El Campadre, a restaurant where Chuck and Sarah first met. However, she is not interested in that and that they have to focus on the mission. Renny gets a text of a changed location and they follow him. They go to a gala and Chuck remembers that Sarah taught him how to dance. She dances with Chuck and he is told by Morgan to kiss her, but they get word that Renny is told that the location changed again. The next place is a Wienerlicious and Chuck tells Sarah that she used to work in the wiener place in Burbank as her first cover job. They turn around to find Quinn there. Casey is in the helicopter circling above and tells his team that they need to move in. Quinn gets the key from Renny and kills him. He tells Chuck that it is over. However, Sarah throws a skewer in Quinn’s hand and this causes enough of a diversion to allow them to attack the guards with Quinn. Sarah sees Quinn leaving and tells Chuck to run after him. Chuck runs up to Quinn and tells him to stop. Quinn laughs and walks away. Chuck fires the gun in the air and takes down Casey’s helicopter. It gently lands, but Casey is upset that Chuck took him out with his own gun.
Casey has Morgan handcuffed to a chair and he asks why he is arresting his own team. Casey says that he doesn’t care and that he has to be tough again. Meanwhile, Chuck and Sarah are in separate cells talking to one another. Chuck tells her that he remembers when he not killing people was a turn-on for Sarah. Morgan asks Casey why he is avoiding Alex’s calls. He says that she is a liability and that he can’t get her in trouble. Morgan says that Alex is Casey’s daughter and that he should care. Chuck continues to tell Sarah about them and how they fell in love. Morgan tells Casey that he is afraid that without them, he is nothing. Casey decides to allow them to go free and lets Chuck and Sarah out. They see that Sarah was about to escape anyways. She says that she has to go after Quinn, but Casey says that they are doing this together. Sarah says that she is leaving, but Chuck says that she can’t because his mother, Mary, is a spy and she has a gun on Sarah now. Devon and Ellie come in and tell Mary that they don’t like Clara seeing firearms. She apologizes.

They go to the office and talk strategy. Mary tells Chuck that his father originally invented Intercept to teach skills. If it is repaired, then they are going to be able to get memories back. Ellie takes Chuck to the side and tells him that they can use the Intercept on Sarah to restore her memories. All she has to do is upload wedding pictures and everything. Chuck likes the idea. Casey gets word that Quinn has been spotted at the Pacific Concert Hall where Beckman is there with the final key to repairing the Intercept. Lester and Jeff hear them and tell each other that they need them. Meanwhile, at the Pacific Concert Hall, Quinn goes up to Beckman and takes the final key. It is her ribbon. He tells her not to get up because there is a bomb attached to her chair. Chuck calls and he tells him that it is over and that he wins. Chuck and the team arrive at the Concert Hall and realize the situation. Sarah says that she is going after Quinn and realizing that he has to protect the glasses and get Quinn alive, Chuck follows.
Casey has Morgan get ready to extract everyone, because when the music stops, the bomb goes off. Lester and John show up and Morgan says that he has a plan. Quinn is up on the roof when Sarah comes up. Chuck comes up and tells her that they need him to disarm the bomb. He says that it is going to explode now. However, different music plays. Chuck laughs and says “Jefster”. Lester and Jeff come out on stage and sing “Take On Me”. Morgan has the orchestra join in. On the roof, Quinn says that he waited too long for this. He aims the gun on Chuck, but Sarah shoots him. Chuck goes up to him and gets the glasses. He says that there is only one upload left and he needs it to disable the bomb. He tells Sarah that he can’t help get her back. He puts on the glasses and gets the information. They run downstairs and go to the bomb. Chuck says that the configuration can be tricky. Sarah tells him Ileen Dimova, the porn virus from 5 years ago. Chuck is shocked that she remembers and they download the virus on the computer. It works and stops the bomb. Everyone cheers for “Jeffster”. Later, Beckman understands that they don’t want another mission and Sarah says that she has to find herself. Beckman leaves.

Afterward, Chuck says that it is the original band. Casey leaves and gives him a goodbye hug. He says goodbye. Sarah says that she is sorry that she needs some time to think and to be alone. Chuck starts to tell her Morgan’s idea and tells her that he understands that she has to go. Jeff and Lester go to Bike Mike at Buy More and tell him everything. However, he doesn’t believe any of it. A man comes up to Lester and Jeff and tells them that he heard them and that he wants to offer them a record deal in Germany. They leave Buy More and go off with the guy. Casey goes to Alex’s place and Morgan is there. Casey says that it is no big surprise that they are moving in together. He gives the keys to Morgan and tells him that he is going to go. Morgan realizes that he is going to find Gertrude. Alex tells him that she deserves to be happy. Alex hugs him goodbye. Ellie and Devon decide to go to Chicago and leave Chuck alone. He says that she has been taking care of him too long. Morgan goes up to Chuck and tells him to go to her. Chuck finds Sarah on the beach and she tells him to tell her a story. Chuck tells her all about them and their love and says at the end that Morgan had the idea that if they kissed, the memories would come back. He says that it is silly, but she says “Chuck, just kiss me”. They kiss and the episode ends.
