Cold Feet is a drama/comedy relationship show from the UK (emphasis on drama). The show involves three couples that are connected through an interconnected system of friendship (one friend knows a particular person, pulling in that person’s partner which pulls in their friends, etc.). Throughout the series run the strength of the relationship in the internal coupling varies with each couple. The series starts with Adam Williams (James Nesbit) and Rachel Bradley (Helen Baxendale) agreeing to become a couple, with Karen (Hermione Norris) and David (Robert Bathurst) Marsden married with children and with Pete (John Thomson) and Jenny (Fay Ripley) Gifford married and with a child on the way. As the series continues, the various couples run into troubles that sometimes split them apart.
