Columbo: The Greenhouse Jungle

Orchard fancier Jarvis Goodland sets up a scheme with his nephew to split his nephew Tony's trust fund by faking Tony's kidnapping so Jarvis they can draw on the fund to pay the ransom and then they both secretly pocket the money. But Jarvis plans to kill Tony and keep all the money for himself.
