Mackenzie hosts her first official summit with the Russian President, but Templeton's plan to force cabinet resignations threaten to overshawdow the event. Templeton goes after Mac and vows that he will win against her in the next presidential election. Meanwhile, Rod has to host his first state dinner for the Russian President, since it is a duty of the First Gentlemen.
