I think annie's sister, Kate, was killed by Winfred Haverford. As his Cane was found to be the weapon of murder but somwhere in my head, i think there is going to be some kind of a twist and the real murderer would be someone else.

I think it is already proved that Winfred killed the girl but I agree with you that they might bring in a twist and the killer might be someone else completely.

Winfred for sure. Its now all about proving it in court and bringing justice to her.

I think winfrey's wife killed the girl. I think she is framing her husband for it.
