Episode Summary

An American tourist arrives in Dog River and Hank is assigned the job of Goodwill Ambassador; when Hank does a less than stellar job at things, Brent is called in as back-up. Wes gets a new ATM at the liquor store, which draws a crowd, giving Oscar the center of attention, but he finds that the limelight is fickle. Karen decides to learn French but finds that there are very few opportunities for practising it in Dog River.
