Episode Summary

Cory befriends a new student not realizing at first that she is from a country that Meena's country has had a feud with for years. The two girls refuse to get along, so Cory enlists the help of President Martinez to make peace between the two of them. Meanwhile, Sophie tries with little success to play practical jokes on people.
