The scene opens with Annie arriving home from work. Danielle is up still when she gets in the house and asks if Chloe’s class can tour the Smithsonian and have her take them on the tour in 2 days. She tries to get out of it, but reluctantly agrees. She complains of her tooth and Danielle says that Annie needs to get her tooth looked at, but Annie tells her that it is nothing. Meanwhile, a man at an airport gets stopped at customs. He tells that the embassy already searched and it is only medical supplies. Joan, Jay and Arthur are watching through surveillance cameras. The man is Don Ridley and his “medical supplies” have rough diamonds inside. He runs for it and is stopped by the police before he can escape. Arthur tells Joan that the head of the DPA wants Henry Wilcox to sit on this case and Joan is not happy.

Meanwhile at Langley, Annie talks to Danielle that everything is set for the Smithsonian tour and Auggie asks what is wrong. Annie tells that her tooth has been bothering her and she tells that she is fine. Auggie says that she is not a masochist for wanting to have to deal with Chloe’s class. At the airport, the FBI interview Don Ridley and he tells that he doesn’t know anything about the diamonds. Joan and Jay meet with another member of the U.S. Embassy and Joan suggests that they replace someone with one of their own. Jay walks up to Annie and tells her that Joan wants to talk to her. She gets into the conference room and Joan asks her how she would like to go to London. The agent tells Annie that Vivian Long is a expediter for Don Ridley’s paperwork and they feel that she is into something much deeper than her normal job. They want Annie to go in and allow them to take her in. Jay tells that he is going over with her, but they can’t communicate each other.
Annie arrives at the Heathrow Airport in London and she tells that Chloe is still going to get her tour. Vivian meets up with Annie and in the car; Vivian is careless with her driving and stresses out Annie a bit. She tells that she likes to gamble and Vivian suggests that they go to “Haveries” a casino where James Bond played at. Jay arrives at the U.S. Embassy and meets with the team. They show that they tracked Don Ridley until he picked up the diamonds. At the British Museum, Annie and Vivian unload the crates and Vivian shows her skill of knowing about the supplies. Annie calls her a “wonk”, someone that newly knows things. Annie calls Auggie and tells that she is London and thinks that she is in with her. Auggie tells that Annie is going to have to lose. Meanwhile, Henry Wilcox comes in and Arthur reminds him that he is still the head of the DCS. Henry reminds him of the danger of Liza Hearn and suggests that he “plugs” the lead.
Joan goes into a conference room and the agent tells that they have nothing on the chatter in Angola or about where he got the diamonds. However, Auggie tells that he is about to crack. Sure enough, Don gives the FBI agents an address. Meanwhile back in London, Vivian goes through the paperwork with Annie and tells that she is responsible for the cargo that they are sending back to the Smithsonian. Jay walks by and Annie asks who they are and Vivian says that they are “basement people”. Jay arrives at a grey building with the other U.S. Embassy agent. They enter the building and hear something above them. Suddenly they are shot at and Jay and the other agent see a woman running away from them. Auggie tells Joan that they are certain it was a woman. Henry comes in and tells that Don Ridley is not telling them anything. Henry says that Don never mentions his wife that Vivian is trying to help get her citizenship. Joan shows a picture of Patricia Ridley and says that she is not the type of woman that would marry a pharmacist.

Later that evening, Vivian and Annie walk in “Havieries” and Patricia watches them walk in. They walk up and a man named Jonathan Turnbull asks what Vivian is doing later. She tells that she doesn’t always have to work. Annie goes to the craps table and starts to lose all her money. Jonathan comes up and takes Annie’s room key and cell phone. At Langley, Auggie tells that they pulled her phone and key card and gets a call from Jonathan. Auggie pretends to be a receptionist for the Smithsonian and transfers him to Annie’s set-up voice-mail. At the casino, Annie plays the roll and mixes alcohol to her game. Vivian warns against it, but Annie lies and says that she is on a roll and she is going to win soon. Jonathan goes into her room and searches it. Annie calls over an employee and asks for the credit from the house and they agree. Jay calls and tells that Annie’s room was searched and they found nothing. Annie bet the rest of her money on a bet she feels is the worst to make, “Snake Eyes”. However, she wins $30,000. She has to lose it and tells to let it ride on the same play. She loses the money as ordered. The employee tells that she has a debt and won’t be able to leave the country until it is paid. Vivian looks over to Patricia.
Vivian and Annie walk outside and Annie tells that she can’t come up with the money and Vivian suggests that she might have a solution. However, she tells that she shouldn’t do it and Annie tells that she is in. Vivian tells Annie to sleep on it. Jay tells Auggie that Annie moved her purse to her left shoulder and says that she is in. The next day, Annie gets a call from Danielle and she says that they are waiting outside the Smithsonian with a bunch of students and says that they are being told that they don’t know about a tour and that they have never heard of her before. Annie calls Auggie and asks why the tour didn’t happen. He tells that he is on it. Auggie calls the Cover Department and asks why they didn’t supply cover for Annie. They apologize. Arthur, Joan and Henry talk to Jay and Henry tells that they are not going to make a move until Annie is in. Meanwhile, Annie runs up to Vivian and says that she has a question. She asks why Vivian is doing it and Vivian says that guys don’t see her the way she wants and that she always wanted a little of that and Annie realizes that it is because of Jonathan. She got in deep and can’t get out without getting fired from her job. She tries to talk Annie out of it, but Annie tells that she is going to do it.
Later at Hyde Park, Annie meets Patricia, who doesn’t give her name to Annie. She tells that Annie is going to contact her when they have a job. Patricia’s phone rings and she starts to talk Turkish. Annie’s phone rings and Danielle tells that Auggie is great. Patricia tells the person on the other end of the phone that they need to get rid of Vivian because she knows too much. Annie overhears it. Annie calls Vivian and she is on her way out. Vivian tells that they can meet at a pub later. Annie pulls out her encrypted phone and tells the taxi to pull over. She calls and tells that they are going to eliminate Vivian and Henry suggests that they go on with the mission and not get compromised. However, Arthur tells him to get out and that he is running things. Jay tells that Vivian left and Arthur tells them to go to the grey building.

Vivian enters the building and gives her the new passports. Annie arrives at the building and is held at gunpoint by Jonathan. Annie is escorted in and is compromised. Patricia says that Annie speaks Turkish and that she was good until then. Vivian is confused and Annie tells that she is one of the “basement people”. Jonathan tells them to get on their knees and punches Annie. She hits back and Jay turns on the club lights and the gun fight begins. Annie gets Vivian out of the club, but Patricia is there. She aims her gun at Annie and Vivian and is shot from a distance by Jay. At Langley, Henry tells that Arthur missed a huge opportunity, but Arthur says that the Angola chatter is silent and that Vivian knew more then they knew. Joan tells that she is going to retire early and tells Arthur to join her in the master bedroom. Jay, Vivian, and Annie get ready to leave and Vivian says that she could never be a spy because of the double life and everything. Annie smiles and the episode ends.
