Joan tells Annie all about what is to happen and says that she wants a “full” report on her desk. Annie is confused and Joan says that the asset used to be a woman named Petra. She was a spy. Annie calls Auggie and tells him that she thinks that Joan wants her to spy on Arthur. Annie asks why she is running point on this. She says that she could hear jealousy in Joan’s voice. Auggie says that this is the most sensitive case that she is going to be on.

Annie arrives at a location and meets with Arthur. He says that he is going to control the meet and tells her to schedule the meeting somewhere else. Annie tells Arthur that Joan wanted her to have a more active role in the meeting, but Arthur tells her that he is going to be the one to approach Elsa. She agrees despite Joan’s assignment. Meanwhile, Joan is setting up in her temporary office as Head of the DPD. A man comes in and says that she thought that Arthur was in. She tries to tell that she was read in, but he doesn’t want to stay. Jai comes in and tells her that he is running his own branch and asks for a file. She gives it begrudgingly to him. Back in Berlin, Annie talks to Auggie and tells him the update. He says that he should stay. She asks what is going on and Auggie tells her that Billy’s birthday is today and that they are remembering as if he is still around. Annie tells him to go to the birthday so that he can show his support. He agrees to go.

Annie goes up to Elsa’s car and plants something on her tire. They drive and Annie pushes a button. This makes the tire flatten due to the thing that Annie put on the tire. Elsa controls the car and realizes that it is Arthur’s doing. He says that he can meet now. Elsa talks to Arthur and says that she will give up her husband’s client list of the new clients that are shady. She says that she wants relocation and Arthur says that he would like to sit down with Isaac. She tells him that Arthur is CIA and he will recognize him. She agrees to give him the meeting. After Annie fixes the tire, Elsa drives away. Annie asks if Joan knows about this and she says that she doesn’t have to know about it. Later, Elsa tells Annie that Isaac will meet with Arthur and tells Annie to tell Arthur to refuse the first offer. Otherwise, they will know that it is a set up. She doesn’t know why Arthur is doing this and suggests that it is to kill her. Annie asks why he would do that and Elsa says that it is possible.

Back in Virginia, Auggie goes to a bar and a woman comes up to him. She says that the memorial is a little lame. The woman realizes that it is Auggie who she is talking to and introduces herself to Auggie as Parker, Billy’s sister. He remembers her and she says that it is nice for him to come. She asks how he is and he smiles. Back in Berlin, Danielle Skypes Annie and asks where Chloe’s painting is. Annie remembers that she had them framed and put into her apartment. She tells Danielle that no one can know where her apartment is because it is protocol. Danielle gets upset with her and hangs up. Arthur meets with Isaac and he tells him that this could be a joke. He guarantees that it is not and says that he wants to do this. Isaac says that it would be wise to think that Arthur and Elsa are conspiring against him. Elsa tells him that is not true and that Arthur is in a bind. Isaac tells Arthur that his fee is $3 Million. Arthur tries to get him to lower the amount, but he doesn’t budge.

Annie meets with Arthur by pretending to be a tourist. He tells her that he needs $3 Million to be able to go with the deal. She tells him that it is going to be hard since she missed a check in. He tells her no to worry about it and says that he will deal with Joan. She leaves and a man watches her leave. In Virginia, Auggie is having drinks with Parker and she talks about what she has been doing and she tells him that she is joining the Peace Corps. She asks Auggie what he is contributing to the scrapbook and she suggests that he leave the sheet music to the song that he wrote. He laughs and says that he can top that. Joan talks to Annie and she tells her that she can’t clear that much so quickly. Annie tells her that Elsa is the key and she tells her that she will talk to Jai about it.

Back at the memorial, Parker and Auggie are at the bar and takes Auggie to the dance floor. Auggie gets to his place and Annie tells him that Arthur was in love with Elsa. She asks why Auggie is still up and he says that there was a good Jazz guitarist. Joan calls Arthur and asks him if he loved Elsa. He admits that he was, but that it is no problem. Joan mentions that they have never been together on their anniversary and he suggests that they start a new trend. However, she tells him that she wants to be home with him. There is a knock on the door. Arthur opens it to find that it is Elsa. She tells him that Isaac is on to them and that they need to get out. Elsa asks about the money and Arthur says that it is always about the money. She tells him that she doesn’t care. The next day, Arthur calls up Annie and tells her that their mission has been compromised according to Elsa. He tells her to meet them at their usual spot. Annie walks through the town when a Black SUV comes up and the man from the café tells her to get inside. However, Arthur is inside too. He says that the man is his German intelligence and will help get them somewhere safe. He tells them that he is getting them out because Isaac wants them dead.

They arrive at a hanger and he tells them that they will be able to fly strait there. Annie and Arthur get out of the car as it drives away. Annie asks about Elsa and he says he trusts Elsa, but feels that she betrayed him. Annie says that they should take the chance and trust her. Arthur says that he can get them back in. They get a ride by an operative to an abandoned place and Elsa is there. She tells Arthur that he shouldn’t be there. He tells her that they have a van waiting. However, when they go outside, one of Isaac’s men is there. They make a run for it for Elsa’s car. Annie hangs back and hits the man and steals the motorcycle. At the CIA, Joan asks Auggie if he has heard from Arthur or Annie. He says that he will look into it. They race down the road and a car follows close behind. After some maneuvering, Arthur manages to make the car crash and Annie, Elsa and himself get away unscathed. They get to the airplane and Arthur gives Elsa the flight to London. She tells Arthur that she didn’t betray him and he says that he know that now. He says goodbye to her. Annie says that they did a good job.

Later, Parker shows up at Auggie’s place and tells him that she really appreciates his offer to hang out, but says that she can’t. He says that he understands. Parker kisses Auggie and he kisses back. Arthur gets home to find Joan home. He says that there is no romantic dinner. She says that he had her worried. He says that Berlin is behind him. He gives her a necklace. She gives him a letter saying that he got Elijah Manning in his Fantasy Football. Annie gets into the house and brings pancakes. She tells her that it doesn’t make up for forgetting Chloe’s painting. However, Danielle forgives her and says that the girls are going to be up soon and she can stay. The episode ends.
