Professor Longhorn Steer: Cow and Chicken believe the Earth is round, but their parents are upset that they think that way. So, in order to get them to believe the Earth is flat, they hire Professor Longhorn Steer.
A Couple of Skating Fools: Cow and Earl sign up for a skating contest and Flem and the Red Guy do as well, but to ensure their victory Red Guy injures Earl so Chicken doesn't have a partner. Then, Cow comes to help Chicken win the competition.
