Vicious is a mid-ranking mobster. His humble beginnings with the Red Dragon Syndicate where shared with partner, Spike Spiegel. Vicious was in a relationship with a girl named Julia. After a while, some say do to a bloody eye addiction that Vicious had, Julia left Vicious for Spike. Spike and Julia prepared to flee the syndicate, but Vicious had other plans, forcing Julia to kill Spike for him. She didn’t and Spike got away.
Vicious’s ambition turns toward the syndicate after it makes an alliance with the White Tiger syndicate. His philosophy on life is that there is nothing in the world to believe in, and thusly, takes it upon himself to overthrown the Van and gain control for himself. After gaining control, Spike returns to the life he left to stop Vicious and confront him over the murder of Julia. |
