25 :05x01 - Oklahoma: Episode 1 (Jan/06/2006)
Eight city slickers arrive at Cowboy U dreaming of becoming real cowboys but quickly learn they're in for more than they bargained for as their first activities include chasing greased pigs in the mud, riding a mechanical bull over a pile of manure and hanging onto a cowhide while being dragged from a galloping horse. The girls all mourn the loss of their big-city luxuries, and life in the cramped bunkhouse causes personalities to clash. But head instructor Rocco is the most horrified of all when he sees just how badly everyone does in their first horseback riding lesson. Will any of these city slickers make it thru Cowboy U?
 
26 :05x02 - Oklahoma: Episode 2 (Jan/13/2006)
Rocco raises the stakes and the anxiety level when he has the group compete in a relay race on horseback. One city slicker nearly falls off his horse in the process. Then, almost everyone falls off the horse in a bareback lunge-line lesson. Ryan does the worst of all, and he reveals his hot temper. Then, the city slickers have to decide which one of them must perform the stinkiest chore on the ranch.
 
27 :05x03 - Oklahoma: Episode 3 (Jan/13/2006)
After world-famous bullfighter Duane Hargrove Jr. demonstrates how to evade a 1,500-pound bull, the city slickers must get in the ring with a bull themselves in a death-defying contest called the eight rings of fire. Rocco is frustrated by his students' poor performance in a pony express race, leaving the city slickers to ponder whether they'll ever rise to his expectations.
 
28 :05x04 - Oklahoma: Episode 4 (Jan/20/2006)
Tension is thick as Rocco reminds everyone of the upcoming first elimination. With so much at stake, competition turns fierce in a calf-dressing contest where the city slickers team up to put panties on an ornery calf. During a mounted shooting lesson, Rocco gets fed up with Ryan's disrespectful attitude. Kimberlie gets upset when her bunkmates try to give her some constructive criticism. At the campfire, Rocco reveals some shocking news about the elimination.
 
29 :05x05 - Oklahoma: Episode 5 (Jan/20/2006)
The day dawns with another upcoming elimination on everyone's mind. The city slickers' developing bull riding skills are tested in a wild steer riding contest. Anthony becomes annoyed with Kalia when she's teamed with him for a goat milking competition. During a bareback lunge-line contest, Anthony, Trish and Kalia all fall off the horse, causing each of them to worry they'll be sent home.
 
30 :05x06 - Oklahoma: Episode 6 (Jan/27/2006)
Will it be a man or a woman? Tension rises as the city slickers face another elimination. It's all they can do to cowboy up and prove they're worthy of competing for $25,000 as the challenges seem to be getting bigger and bigger ... and so do the animals! In addition to honing their horseback skills for the rodeo events, the participants face the challenge of milking a wild, angry and violent cow. Guts, skills and determination are put to the test as the competition heats up.
 
31 :05x07 - Oklahoma: Episode 7 (Jan/27/2006)
And they thought they were roughing it! The city slickers leave behind the comfort of the bunkhouse and face the most challenging feat to date: a grueling two-day ride. Under the most rugged conditions, the five novice riders attempt to round up a herd of cattle and drive them across miles of rough terrain. As if that's not enough pressure, the city slickers also face a final elimination. Who will prove themselves worthy of making it to the final four for the next day's rodeo?
 
32 :05x08 - Oklahoma: Finale (Feb/03/2006)
The event the city slickers have been waiting for since the day they arrived at Cowboy U is finally here. It's the rodeo, and there's $25,000 at stake! The contestants compete in steer wrestling, flag facing and mounted shooting. Then, in the ultimate test of guts, skill and determination, each must face their fear and ride a real bull! Will anyone make eight seconds?
