The scene opens with a family finding a boy who has obviously escaped captivity on the side of the road in the middle of the night; he looks visibly terrified and exhausted. With another boy, Billy, missing, Garcia gives the team the details of the case while they're already on their way. It looks like the boy took the chance to escape when he got it, and he may be the only one who can tell them what they need to know to save Billy, from the look of things. Hearing about this particular case, a Sam Allen has come forward remembering a boy in chains 30 years ago, but as security footage shows, something spooked her at the police station and she ran. JJ and Morgan head to talk to the boy, who's hiding under a table; he seems to be really terrified of something. ..
