I think the writers went for a cheap and easy ending that just doesn't ring true.
Have no doubt that, with all those guns trained on Ms Trachtenberg, at least one of them would've shot the btch when they saw what she was doing... without a doubt. Guess Reid in a relationship was too much of a scarything for the ptb so they nixed it in the bud. Darn it.

What a devastating turn of events for Reid, however from what I’ve seen he is always growing from his traumatic experiences. Diane truly sounds like she is off her rocker, when I see the episode I believe I’ll cry even though I know the outcome. It’s a little disappointing that I have to work nights at my job at DISH, but I am setting my DISH Hopper to auto-record the big 4 networks during prime time hours using PrimeTime Anytime. This way I can look forward to the weekend when I can relax and finally catch up on the Zugzwang episode

^seen a number of these DISH is great posts but can't work out if you work for the company or are just a really big fan of the product.
