Kevin Lynch: (walks in naked) You left the middle of my back totally unloofahed... (quickly covers himself up) SSA Rossi.
Garcia: Agent Rossi, I am aware that the fraternisation between bureau employees is against the rules however...
Rossi: It's the 20th anniversary of this crime. Twenty years tomorrow, three children woke up and found their parents murdered. Whoever did it, is still out there. It's time they paid for it.

| Garcia: (barges into JJ's office) I might be in big trouble.
JJ: Come on in.
Garcia: I can't believe he showed up at my apartment.
JJ: It's not like I'm doing anything here.
Garcia: We just had a seminar on fraternisation last week.
JJ: I really have a lot of work to do, Garcia.
Garcia: So, you don't wanna hear how Agent Rossi showed up at my door in the middle of the night while I was enjoying a postcoital shower with fellow FBI technical analyst, Kevin Lynch?
JJ: Sit.
| JJ: So, you were in the shower with Kevin Lynch?
Garcia: Come on, JJ, I'm being serious. I need your help.
JJ: With what?
Garcia: Agent Rossi! We're not supposed to date fellow bureau employees.
JJ: From what I hear, Rossi is the reason most of these fraternisation rules even exist, okay? He's-he's not gonna tell anyone. Just relax. Wait, what-what was Rossi doing at your apartment?
Garcia: That's a good... I'm not supposed to tell anyone.
JJ: Why?
Garcia: I'd impress the issue. I was all naked... and all drippy.
JJ: Right. Doesn't showering with someone always seem like a better idea before you're actually doing it?
Garcia: Yes, it is a bit of a workout!
JJ: I mean, there comes a point when a girl's just gotta wash her hair alone, you know?
| JJ: (after getting off the phone with Haley Hotchner) That is one seriously pissed off lady. She can't get Hotch on his cellphone.
Garcia: Why would she call you?
JJ: Because she knows I can do this. (calls Hotch)

Garcia: He didn't ask anyone for help.
Prentiss: Penelope, Rossi is a guy who colour codes his handwritten notes in his notebooks. Blue pen for evidentiary items, red pen for supposition and theory... the guy is a fussy, anal retentive neat freak who never leaves anything out of its place. (pointing to Rossi's messy office) I would say this is a scream for help.
