i thought it was a pretty good season, starting with "dark" woody, which i actually liked, and ending with jordan on the lam in D.C.
like i said i thought woody was way more interesting this season. i liked jordan's triste with pollack. i'm anti-woody&jordan and think the show is better when they aren't together. that being said, i did like woody and lu's affair as well and knew it wouldn't last long. how it woody basically ended it was pretty harsh.
the other back stories were pretty interesting. macy's drinking and his wayward daughter added a lot. i liked how they ended the season with a slightly more emphasis on lily. making up for her absence while doing a guest role on the defunked four kings. i don't know how i feel about her and bug finally together though. i'll have to see where that goes before i make a final judgement.
this was good stuff and can't wait until september. |
