Arguably the best soap opera ever produced, Dallas had it all. Beautiful women, expensive cars, and men playing Monopoly with real buildings. It had the best trans-season cliffhanger in history that had the whole world asking "Who shot J.R.?" Dallas is an important part of American History, if not world history.

  Rating: 0 likes, 1 dislikes14 seasons of sex, power and deceit! While the final few seasons lacked the power dictating its iconic fame, Dallas represents a milestone in US TV storytelling. Not since Peyton Place had a "soap opera" dominated TV ratings and the minds of viewers! The "Who Shot JR?" episode remains one of the top 5 most watched TV show episodes of all-time (and allegedly the most watched TV show episode ever worldwide)! The series finale, Conundrum, (based on the "Its A wonderful LIfe" concept) left viewers wondering...and a number of subsequent Dallas TV movies answered the questions!
