Dancing On Wheels is presented by Brian Fortuna. He tries to train six wheelchair-users and their celebrity partners in the art of wheelchair ballroom dancing. After having just five weeks of training the couples have to compete in front of the judges with one couple being eliminated each week. The winning couple wil then represent the United Kingdom in an International Wheelchair Dancing Competition in Tel Aviv.
