With David Hasselhoff and Kym out last week, the scene opens Tom and Brooke kick off week 2 by Audrina Patridge and Tony, Michael Bolton Chelsie Kyle Massey and Lacey, Rick Fox and Cheryl, Margaret Chou and Louis, Brandy and Maks, Bristol Pailin and Mark, Kurt Warner and Anna, Florence Henderson and Corky, The Situation and Karina, and Jennifer Grey and Derek are left in the competition. Quick Step or The Jive are the dances that they can do.

First up is Rick Fox are up and they are going to do the Jive. Rick is a little intimidated with what is going on and he tells that even if he is hurt, he is going to push through it. Entering the stage, they do a really good job and get Len tells that he was concerned, but it was fun and full of energy and has become a contender. Bruno tells that The Jive is hard and they did a great job. Carrie Ann tells that it was good but not as good as last week. The scores are: Carrie Ann with a 7, Len with a 7 and Bruno with a 7. Total score of 21/30.

Next up is Florence Henderson and Corky and they are going to try the quick step. During rehearsal, Florence wants to be known as a contender. They run in some issues but she wants to show that she can dance. They enter and they dance with soul and precision. But, Bruno tells that he loved the dancing, but it looked like “Driving Miss Daisy” and that the footwork was hesitant. Carrie Ann tells that it is incredible that she is out there and that the dance suited her. The dance was a little missteps but it was good. Len tells that age doesn’t matter and that he judges the dancing. He feels that it was amazing. Florence gives kisses. The scores are: Carrie Ann with a 7, Len with a 6 and Bruno with a 6. Total score of 19/30.

Up now is Brandy and Maks and they are going to do The Jive. During rehearsal, Maks tells that she messed up a little and there are some issues like everyone and Brandy and Maks are butting heads. Brandy tells that his approach is messed up. They are going to give it all they can. They come out and they entertain the crowd. Carrie Ann tells that Brandy is cute to watch, but the energy was out of control and looked sloppy. Len tells that she took a step back this week and she didn’t like the solo part of the dance. Bruno tells that she is a Gwen Stefani type of dancer and he tells that she could be superb. The scores are: Carrie Ann with a 7, Len with a 7 and Bruno with a 7. Total score of 21/30.

Michael Bolton and Chelsie are up and they are going to be doing The Jive and she is thinking of a dog house. At 2:00PM Monday, Michael gets laryngitis. Chelsie tries to tell that he needs to change something and he ignores it. They get over it and they work through it. They enter and they dance good but it is a little ridged like last week. They end and Len tells that the world is not ready for their version of the Jive and there were a lot of the basic steps and this dance wasn’t his cup of tea. Bruno tells that it was a Doggie mess of The Jive. Len tells Bruno should keep some comments to himself. Carrie Ann tells that she knows that he took a risk and respects it, but it was very awkward. The scores are: Carrie Ann with a 4, Len with a 5 and Bruno with a 3. Total score of 12/30.

Audrina Patridge and her dance partner Tony try their luck with The Quick Step and they are practicing and Audrina tells that she is sacrificing a lot. She tells that there is a lot going on outside the dance studio and Audrina starts to break down, but she recovers and they enter the stage and she is good with her footwork. Bruno tells that the show Pony is turning into Secretariet and tells that she lost a little in the middle but it was splendid. Carrie Ann tells that it was a huge improvement. Len tells that it was the best dance of the night. At the scoring room they show a clip where Tony tells Audrina that he will wax his legs if they don’t get 3 eights. The scores are: Carrie Ann with an 8, Len with an 8 and Bruno with a 7. Total score of 27/30. It looks like he is going home with waxed legs.

Next is Jennifer Grey and Derek and they are going to do The Jive. In rehearsal, she is a little stiff and tells that she had cancer and that it is a little much for her. They discuss that for a little and then they decide to tone it down a little and get through it. They enter and they have the dance moves that are good just like last week. Carrie Ann tells that she is like this sexy, hot, bionic bunny out there. Len tells that it was bright and colorful. Bruno tells that it was a killer Jive and they nailed it. The scores are: Carrie Ann with an 8, Len with an 8 and Bruno with an 8. Total score of 24/30.

After the break, Sarah Palin is there with Tom and Sarah tells that the judges are doing great and he asks her who the favorite dancer is and of course it is Bristol to her. Margaret Chou and Louis are up and they talk about how close they were from going home. They are going to try to pull off The Jive. At rehearsal she wants to show that she can really dance. They enter and they have fun and get into the dance. Len tells that she did a proper Jive and a lot of energy. Bruno tells that she needed to keep it sharp, but when she smiled it changed everything. Carrie Ann tells that it was great and a good improvement. The scores are: Carrie Ann with a 6, Len with a 6 and Bruno with a 6. Total score of 18/30.

Next up to show their stuff is Kyle Massey and Lacey and they are going to try the Quick Step. At rehearsal, they are going to work on Kyle’s endurance and tells that he is going to have to step it up. Lacey tells that he can’t eat any hamburgers. They come out and dance and change things around and make it very entertaining to watch. Bruno tells that he is a powerhouse as a performer. However, it needed to be more controlling. Carrie Ann tells that he is a little flatfooted but it was great to watch. Len tells that it was not a classic Quick Step but it was great. The scores are: Carrie Ann with an 8, Len with a 7 and Bruno with a 7. Total score of 22/30.

Kurt Warner and Anna are trying The Jive and they start rehearsal and he is throwing in ideas. Anna tells that Kurt has a goofy sense of humor. They go for the military theme and they do a good job. Carrie Ann tells that he has great musicality and that it was easy for him. Len tells that last week it was the doghouse and this week was the penthouse. Bruno tells that he can Jive and he’s got it. The scores are: Carrie Ann with a 7, Len with a 7 and Bruno with a 7. Total score of 21/30.

Up next are The Situation and Karina and they are going to the Quick Step and they are having a hard time getting the steps right but they get everything together and they come out on stage and The Situation and Karina dance their hearts out to wow the audience and judges. But, Len tells that it was a series of unfortunate events. He tells that they did better then last week though. Bruno tells that he could tell that he wanted to do it and he needs to find the right balance. Carrie Ann tells that he needs to get some musicality. The scores are: Carrie Ann with a 6, Len with a 6 and Bruno with a 6. Total score of 18/30.

Last up for the evening are Bristol Palin and Mark and they go home to Alaska and meet with Sarah and she tells that she is proud of her. They practice The Quick Step and they seem to have all the steps together. At the end, Bruno tells that Bristol has a quality that is great. He tells her to engage more. Carrie Ann tells that she wants to see her more. Len tells that she needs to come out stronger but it was lovely. The scores are: Carrie Ann with a 7, Len with an 8 and Bruno with a 7. Total score of 22/30. The dancers have all performed and next up are the results to who stays and who goes home.
