Season 11, Episode 16 - Recap

The results are in and Kyle Massey & Lacey, Brandy & Maksim, Bristol Palin & Mark, Kurt Warner & Anna, and Jennifer Grey & Derek are in danger of getting eliminated. They watch Kyle & Lacey’s Jive again and it is just as good as it was during the competition.

The first eliminations are up and Kyle & Lacey come on the stage are safe for another week and can breath a sigh of relief.

Kenny Mane, Jerry Rice, and Len Goodman open with Dance Center. They evaluate the dancers. For Kurt, Len tells that he is a sportsman and is a competitive. They show a clip where he is playing catch with the other pro dancers and they use a little fun and make it look like he was destroying the competition. Kyle Massey and Len tells that he has a great partner and he is doing a great job. For Bristol Palin, Len tells that Bristol is the underdog and has beautiful footwork.

Tyle Cruz sings his popular signal and proves that he has what it takes to sing for the favor of his fans. He showcases his recording artist voice beautifully and it is accompanied by the pros dancing around.

John Legend and the Roots sing “Wake Up”. He performs great and has a dance group accompany his singing.

Brooke meets with Jennifer, Kurt, and Brandy and talk about their night and Kurt and Jennifer make their way to the stage and Jennifer & Derek are safe and Kurt & Anna are in jeopardy.

Emily Bear a piano player, Sophie& Tyler and Eric & Ricky are brought onto the stage and Sophie & Tyler and Erick & Ricky dance around to "Tutti Fruity"

John Legend and the Roots sing “Ordinary People” and once again it is a stunning performance and John Legend is allowed to showcase his voice well.

Jerry, Kenny and Len are back with Dance Center and they first evaluate Brandy. They joke with Len and tells that it is an intervention when Len says that he loves Brandy and that he can't get enough. Jerry Rice pulls up a bottle with Brandy's picture taped on. Len tells that Brandy is a good dancer and has the posture to back it. With Jennifer Grey, Kenny tells that she is playing dirty faking injuries and Len tells that Jennifer is a great dancer and is going through a lot. They get up and end Dance Center and they are in tutus.

The eliminations are back and Brandy & Maks and Bristol & Mark are up for elimination and in the clip, they show the fight that Carrie Ann and Maks had and the backstage drama. The next couple safe is Bristol & Mark. Brandy & Maks are in jeopardy.

Brandy & Maks and Kurt & Anna are up for the final elimination and the couple with the lowest total and leaving is Kurt Warner and Anna. They come down and they get a standing ovation for support. Kurt tells that life is not about winning competitions, but it is about building relationships. They end with Anna and Kurt sharing a dance.
