Episode Summary

Due to his average strength, Danny is assigned to work with Dash so he can pass the Presidential Fitness Test. Later, during a fight with Skulker at Fenton Works, Skulker, Danny Phantom and Dash are shrunk. Now Danny and Dash need to find a way to reverse the affect, before Skulker catches up with them. This would be easy for Danny Phantom, but in his small form he cannot use his powers as well as he could before.
