| Best MTV show. Period.

The ironic and sarcastic humor of the series made this show the best MTV series ever, in my opinion. Daria is a brilliant character; her outlook on life and the sarcastic, pessimistic view that she is able to put on everything makes her character more real that most characters on any television show, animated or otherwise.
I've often heard people say that they just don't get the show -- it's not funny and is pointless. Sure the humor in the show is a dark, witty humor that some people don't understand, or references are made to things that most people have never heard of, but to me, the intellegent humor is what makes the show great.
Overall, Daria is the best MTV show. Period.
