Before being called to the hospital by Lexie, Tony goes to the pub to talk to Anna. After telling him off for not taking her serious, Anna tells Caroline about how she is being interviewed by an advertising firm in direct competition with the one he just bought. Also at the pub, Steve and Adrienne share a tearful goodbye when she tells him that her family is moving around the world. At the safe house, EJ gets a call regarding Stefano’s current health condition. Upon Tony and EJ’s arrival at Stefano’s room, they agree to send him to a state hospital instead of trying to figure out what’s wrong. In Ireland, Bo and Hope, Marlena and John, and the kids get surprised by who they find at the bed & breakfast.
