John refuses to share his oxygen mask with anyone because he feels he is the only one who can save them. Kayla tells Marlena she is pregnant and Steve doesn't know yet. Steve attempts to control the plane but passes out due to lack of oxygen. Bo tells Hope that he is sick and they don't know exactly what he may have yet. Later, Bo attempts to help out John in the cockpit but the plane hits turbulence and Bo is knocked out.
