He is expelled. After some testing, it is confirmed that Connor is affected by Asperger's Syndrome but The Shep will not treat Connor "specially" and sticks to the expulsion. Clare thinks The Shep is wrong. And she stands up against the administration.

After presenting her new uniform design to Vanderbilt Prep’s school board members, Fiona is shocked to discover that Bobby is cheating on her. Upon confronting him and vowing to break up with him, Bobby attacks her and says she doesn’t want to do that. Back at Degrassi, a worried Holly J convinces Anya to help launch a smear campaign against Sav so she can be re-elected. Annoyed by Dave’s ranking system, Alli finds a way to get back at him that jeopardizes his chance at becoming the grade ten rep. on Student Council.
After her encounter with Bobby, Fiona turns to Declan for support. However, Fiona’s need for revenge may cause Declan to wash his hands of helping his sister deal with Bobby’s actions. Back at Degrassi Holly J’s plan to sabotage Sav’s presidential campaign backfires when Anya decides to use it to get back with him. Upon hearing Alli and Clare discuss her upcoming eye surgery; Jenna jumps to the wrong conclusion and decides to spread a surprising rumor.
Holly J's desperation to go to Yale leads her to make a mistake that may cost her the only real friend she has. Also, the rumors about Clare's surgery are confronted head-on.
Riley's position as Degrassi's starting Quarterback comes under attack when a young upstart tries to steal his thunder and then makes a direct threat. Also, Clare's many activities prompts Alli to begin looking for ways to fill her time.
Riley's hazing lands him in a hot water with the school board when a parent starts demanding action. Also, Alli starts her own dance crew but soon finds out that the girls and her are not exactly on the same page.
After scoring the winning touchdown and being congratulated by Jenna, KC is less than thrilled when his mother shows up to talk to him. Upon learning that she is planning on petitioning the courts to regain custody of him, KC plans on taking every step necessary to prevent that from happening, much to Jenna’s dismay. Meanwhile, as Sav and Mr. Simpson come up with a way to highlight the academic projects that Degrassi students are working on, Clare is less than happy about being teamed up with Eli to help improve her English grades.
KC’s attempt to deal with his feelings about his mother’s return takes a toll on his interactions with his friends and teachers, and when he has to face the affects of actions he realizes that his mother has changed for the better. Eli and Clare share an intimate moment while discussing her fears about her parents’ relationship problems. Meanwhile, Allie thanks Dave for his help in getting her relationship with Drew started.
Disappointed that his father won’t allow him to go to a special concert out of town, Sav reluctantly decides to donate the tickets for Student Council to use for a fundraiser. After the winners decide to let him use two of the tickets as he sees fit, Sav has to find a way to convince his father to let him go. With the power squad calendar shoot rapidly approaching; Jenna goes to great lengths to fit into her new uniform. As her mother prepares to go to New York for an important meeting, Fiona is less than happy about spending the weekend alone.
Sav convinces his parents to attend a movie so he, Eli and Adam can borrow the truck for a trip to Hamilton for the concert of the year. Also, Fiona's adoption of a pet pig goes horribly wrong.
Meanwhile, Jenna's attempts to lose weight has some disastrous (and embarrassing) side effects.

Declan arrives in Toronto to put Holly J’s fears of their relationship ending because of her financial situation to rest. However, when he offers to help her out financially, Holly J starts to feel like a kept woman and breaks up with Declan. Eli and Adam team up to deal with a bully who has been harassing them, much to Clare’s displeasure. Dave doesn’t share Wesley and Connor’s enthusiasm about their band.
Alli wants Drew to commit to a relationship but he refuses and forces her into making a costly mistake. Also, Holly J and Sav work closely on the newly minted school dance and one thing may lead to another.
Alli's master plan to win over Drew may back fire on her when she pretends he doesn't exist. Fiona is surprised when she discovers that Sav has a huge crush on Holly J.
As Drew and Adam prepare for their grandmother’s visit, Adam is unable to keep a huge secret to himself when he makes his feelings for Bianca known. Meanwhile thanks to Leia, Anya suspects that her mother is having an affair, only to discover that she has been diagnosed with a serious illness.
After Adam’s secret makes the rounds at Degrassi, he decides to sacrifice his happiness and live his life as Grace. Upon seeing the damage Anya did to their class project, Holly J confronts her about it and asks why she destroyed it, only to discover that Mrs. MacPherson is sick. Dave’s plan to charm Ms. Oh into giving him a good grade on a project backfires.
When Jenna starts to show all the signs of being pregnant, she is more worried about doing well with her audition for a popular reality show than taking a pregnancy test to be sure. After succeeding in the audition, Jenna takes the test with Alli by her side and is mildly surprised at the result. Wesley and Dave become worried when Connor starts to spend with his older online friend. Anya tries to help Riley get back together with Zane after Riley realizes his crush on Dr. Chris fails to materialize.
With her brother in her corner, Jenna must confront her fear of becoming a teen mother. When KC discovers that Jenna is pregnant and unable to have an abortion, he breaks up with her. After his recent rendezvous with his online friend, Connor is unhappy about Mr. Simpson revoking his computer privileges. Anya continues her quest to get Riley and Zane back together.
Riley jeopardizes his relationship with Zane when he attempts to fit in with the rest of the football team by making gay jokes. After turning to Anya for advice, Riley goes to an LGBT meeting about Homophobia and Bullying and ultimately realizes his true feelings about himself and promises Zane that the gay jokes in the locker room are done, and is devastated when Owen refuses to go along with the new policy. An assignment by Ms. Dawes makes Clare wonder where her relationship with Eli is headed. Wesley turns to Drew for advice on how to get Anya to notice him.
After his confrontation with Owen, Riley’s renewed relationship with Zane is over almost as fast it started, especially after Zane gets jumped behind the Dot. Riley then finds a way to apologize and ultimately comes out when he bids on Zane at Anya’s bachelor auction. Clare gets some advice from Ms. Dawes on how to get Eli to share his feelings with her and ultimately learns what he’s been hiding from her. Wesley’s dreams come true when Anya bids on him at the auction.
Fiona’s attempt at self-medication to deal with Bobby’s abuse threatens her case against him, in addition to putting Holly J’s pitch of a Vegas Night dance in jeopardy when she shows up at a special meeting drunk. Riley’s willingness to have an open relationship with Zane is put to the test when he worries that it will affect the team’s willingness to have a gay captain. His feelings of uncertainty are compounded when a college scout offers him a football scholarship. Meanwhile, Adam starts to feel like a third wheel when Eli cancels their “guy’s night” to spend time with Clare and looks elsewhere for friendship.
Seeing how Fiona is self-medicating, Holly J and her mother get her to deal with Bobby’s abuse in a healthy way so she can give her deposition. After discovering that Adam has befriended Fitz, Eli and Clare try to warn him that doing so could backfire, but Adam refuses to believe them. Riley turns to Coach Armstrong for advice on whether he could be an openly gay athlete if he were to accept the college scout’s scholarship offer.
Alli starts to worry when she catches Bianca and Drew flirting with one another as they study for their midterms. Later, Drew shows KC some racy text message Bianca sent him and that she propositioned him to hook up in the boiler room. Holly J and Sav are ecstatic when Mr. Simpson tells them that he is going against the PTA’s recommendation and letting Vegas night take place after the smoke bomb went off the day before. Fearing that Mr. Simpson will find out that Clare set it off, Eli decides to tell Mr. Simpson that the guilty party was Fitz. Using that lie against Eli, Fitz blackmails Clare into going to the dance with him
Eli’s refusal to end his feud with Fitz results in the Vegas Night dance to be locked down when Fitz brings a knife to Degrassi. After discovering Drew’s hook up with Bianca in the boiler room, Alli is out for revenge that ultimately blows up in her face. Looking to do something special to celebrate the apparent success of the dance, Holly J and Sav meet in an empty classroom where a strip tease takes place. The evening climaxes when Mr. Simpson discovers all the extracurricular activities that took place during the lockdown and vows to make big changes when school reconvenes after the break.
As the students return to Degrassi following the events at Vegas Night, they attempt to adjust to the strict new rules and dress code. After talking with Clare about the status of her relationship with Eli, Alli vows to turn a new page and focus more on her studies and less on boys and decides to join the Science club. Later, Alli gets annoyed about having to attend a self esteem seminar with Bianca and the girls eventually have a confrontation about what happened in the boiler room that results in Alli to do something she will later regret. Meanwhile, Jenna decides to use her pregnancy to gain support on Next Teen Star, much to KC’s displeasure.
After getting into a fight with Bianca, Alli is thrown for a loop when all of her secrets from the past year come out to her parents. Realizing how much of her bad decisions came due to wanting boys to like her, she decides to transfer to an all girl school. Jenna’s dreams of becoming a famous singer are dashed and as she wonders what to do next, KC’s mother offers to help out with moral support.
When Declan returns to town for a student theater award program, he is thrown for a loop when Holly J tells him that she is currently dating Sav. He then sets out to win her back, turning to Fiona for help with that task but ultimately tries to take things too far. Tiring of her parents constant fighting, Clare urges Eli to rebel with her when they sneak out of the awards ceremony to hear a famous author’s speech. Mad that Mr. Simpson cancelled the Power Squad since it doesn’t have a teacher as an advisor; Chantay tries to find a way to get him to reconsider.
Declan’s euphoria about his night with Holly J and the prospect of getting back together with her hits a snag when she spends the remainder of his visit avoiding him. They then have a chance to discuss what happened when Holly J tells him about getting into Yale. Clare’s rebellious streak continues to worry Eli when he discovers she is acting that way to stop her parents’ constant fighting. Chantay finds a creative way to persuade Mr. Simpson to contemplate reinstating all of the school clubs.
As Clare’s home life continues to crumble around her, she finds herself contemplating taking Eli’s parents up on a strange housing offer, much to Eli’s dismay and displeasure. While helping their mother organize a food drive at Degrassi, Drew and Adam both develop a crush on Fiona, who they persuade to help out. Not being dissuaded by Fiona’s lack of interest, Drew enlists Adam’s help in finding out what Fiona’s interested in; completely unaware that Adam is interested in her as well. Not happy that Dave wants to start hanging out with a more popular group of friends, Wesley “accidentally” informs the new friends about who Dave’s father is at school.
Eli’s mysterious, off-limits bedroom is too much for Clare to ignore. But is she really ready to handle what she might find in there? Adam and Fiona become closer, which angers Drew. Elsewhere, will Dave go too far to impress his new friends?
