Degrassi, properly known as Degrassi Community School is a school in Toronto, Ontario and is located on De Grassi St. Degrassi started out as just a Junior High School, but burned down in the late '80s. Shortly after, Degrassi High was built. Sometime in the next ten years, the school was rebuilt, and had it's named changed to Degrassi Community School, a dual high school and junior high school.
| Where Did Terri Go?
Terri MacGregor moved away after she got out of her coma she received from Rick. Her father wanted her to be away from Rick, so she now attends another school. The actor, Christina Schmidt wanted to pursue a career in modeling (she is a successful plus-sized model as of now), so the writers wrote her character off the show, and she still stays in touch with her former co-stars.
