Delocated

In "Delocated", a family in the witness protection program are moved to New York City, but only under the restrictions that they wear ski masks on camera and surgically graft voice changing devices to their vocal cords. David, the father of the family, has his problems exacerbated when his wife and son leave him over the idea and the assassin sent to kill him discovers his new location.

An untitled pilot for "Delocated" aired on an April Fools Day block of new and unfinished programs in 2008. Almost a year later the show gets a proper premiere.
